The only place that charges for a pedicure in the massage chair. That's part of the pedicure experience. The people were so disrespectful that I couldn't believe they ran a business. Ridiculous wait time with 2 employees on a Friday afternoon.

Definitely wish I could get this a 0 . Say they accept walkins but will literally forget that you are there . They speak In Spanish and talk about you not knowing if you speak Spanish or not . I literally got my nails done called 2 days later and told them my nails were already coming off and paint was chipping was told to come in when I could which wasn’t until a couple days later . First they said ok we will change color and fix the mail for u then was told I have to pay full price to redo them because it’s a week (which it wasn’t a full week and I said it then they said well policy is after two days ) when they already knew I was coming in .. like y’all materials that cheap !?and was gonna do my daughter nails for her birthday but I’ll take my money else where . I would have gave another Chance but it’s been so unprofessional.. I sat for an hour just to get my eyebrows done one time because the girl said she was gonna call the owner to do them but never even told her I was still there waiting. Second incident the girl didn’t even wipe down the pedicure station and used an already used grater on my foot and cleaned it off in the footbowl my feet was in ..It’s a shame because Diana is really sweet but the staff is terrible. I have over 300k on ig and should really expose the behavior & I have a masters in business and when I tell u professionalism isn’t there ! This isn’t it and they talk about customers right in front of them

Every time I call they never answer. One day I went in there to get a quick refill, there were no customers in there yet they didnt want to take me...quick way for me to spend my money elsewhere!!

I visit this salon since it’s closer to home but it’s not worth it. The nail techs run the salon instead of the owner who’s a nice lady but she needs better professionals who have manners and who are not bashing customers feet or appearance and actually have respect for their boss and the business she’s running. Hopefully she hires better employees and saves her business.

Worst, walked in no one greeted or said anything to me. Owner usually greets and asks what you want done. But apparently hasn't trained the staff to do the same. I sat there for 45mins. No one ever left, staff, laughing, talking, going to get food. You are suppose to be customer friendly and get your work done. Never again!!! If you have absolutely nothing to do for the day go there! !!!

Omg do I have been every we’re trying to find someone that could rock my nails out n BBY the universe provided I’m very picky about my nails n lily BBY u killed it first picture is wat I gave her to work with and most tech man they say they can but lily she took her time she really made sure to give me what I wanted n she herself was proud of her work n that’s speaks volumes I promise you no one will touch theses nails but miss Lilly u better go find out n yea the price was right right I didn’t care wat it cost to get wat I wanted but I was even more excited over the price I’m telling you you better go see them ladies on broad got my daughters eye brows on point too
