Brought my son here for his 3rd Birthday to say farewell to his binky. The employees were all so sweet and caring, they made sure to keep him smiling through the whole process.

I went to build a bear at the providence place with my boyfriend last night 5/25 and got the new summer Chameleon! The staff were so sweet and made my experience excellent. The employee at the stuffer asked questions about my new furry friend and his attributes/possible names which made the experience so fun and nostalgic! Thank you so much for this experience! This is one of the best build-a-bear experiences I’ve ever had!

My son had his fourth birthday here and had so much fun! The customer service is top tier here. Everyone was so kind and after the party all the kids were so happy to have their bears. Our party leader was amazing and really got the kids excited! I would 100% recommend have a party here. This is our new favorite store!

My friends and I all went to get the build a bear birthday discount, however we were not aware that the discount applies to the birthday bears only. The young man who was stuffing our non-birthday bears was aware we were in the store for the birthday discount and said nothing about the specifications for the discount. We stuffed the animals and bought some clothes before going to the front desk to buy the stuffed animals. The man at the desk told us we couldn't have the discount because they weren't the birthday bears. We had spent about a half hour in the store now and we tried to remove the clothing from the purchase but it still rang up for a total of $86. We informed the man at the desk that we couldn't afford it because we anticipated a smaller price from the discounts. The man only replied by telling us that despite being provided false information and wondering if there was a solution that, "the store was very hectic today". There was 9 people in the store including us, and we were the only ones requesting his help at the time. After being provided false information you'd think they would still apply the discount; instead, we were left empty handed and disappointed. Extremely disappointed.
