I went in a few times before deciding on a purchase, and really appreciated being able to browse, ask questions, and see how different metals and thicknesses looked on me without being surveilled or pressured to buy. Erin and Margaret were a great help in helping me get the perfect forever bracelet.

My sister and I bought each other bracelets as matching birthday gifts. The metalsmith and her shadow/intern were super nice and personable. They gave us plenty of time to hold up different chain options against our skin and let us pick out our charms. The whole process was pretty quick, and my sister and I can't stop staring at our gorgeous jewelry! They sparkle so much, especially outside -- the pictures I took do not do these justice!

My daughter and I went for her 16th birthday. It was an amazing experience and Margaret was so nice. My bracelet broke after my dog accidentally jumped on me and hit my wrist. I went back and they were so nice and repaired it in no time. Highly recommend Brave Daughters for you permanent jewlery experience ♥️?

My husband surprised me for my birthday after i mentioned how cool I thought the concept was. I ended up mixing white gold and rose gold with a salt and pepper diamond. The woman working there was wonderful and made sure everything was exactly right. I can’t wait to go back for more!!

Let's start with I love the idea of permanent jewelry. 200$ for one bracelet or anklet is not cheap. I don't mind paying for quality however my anklet lasted only 1 month before it started to stretch. I went back today for a replacement or more understanding on why my "permanent" jewelry is stretching to the point it is going to snap. I went on Valentine's weekend I was going to purchase charms and another bracelet. I decided not to waste my money because they refused to replace my original anklet. Then let's not forget the lady told me the chain I got on my ankle is not recommended for my ankle. Whyyyyyyy are y'all doing this to people? It's giving scam. My 200$ anklet was a waste of money don't let this be you. Buy the cheap ones from Amazon it's not worth it.

got a forever bracelet zapped onto me a few months ago with my sister. hers fell off within 3 months and mine fell off after 6 months. certainly not forever bracelets when they're both falling off with no hard activities. very disappointed especially for how expansive they are.

this review is in reference to the store in Boston Ma.Everything was perfect except Jackie made us wait outside in the BITTER COLD for 10 minutes while she tidied up.Honestly, it was outrageously thoughtless and borderline cruel.

Had such a great experience at their pop-up store in Seaport! The staff was incredible & before coming to the store, they answered my questions on Instagram and eased my concerns. My man and I got matching bracelets, mine was the forever bracelet but he had to get a clasp on his since he is required to take off all jewelry for his job and they were prepared and helpful at every front! I will be recommending and if you have any doubts, leave them behind. 10/10 experience.

I was excited to book an appointment for a forever anklet. I came in a little early and was kindly greeted by two friendly women inside. They made the process of picking a chain and explaining the process with ease. All the options are stunning and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Amazing service, quality and experience.
