Appointment was made for 12 days in advance, apparently the girl didn’t put my name in the books. Instead of saying that there was no room for me to get my hair done today they kept making me call to wait and see. Waited 4 and a half hours and then just left.

All around not nice people, do not make you feel welcome, look at you like you have three heads even when you have an appointment, and makes fun of their customers.

They literally pull out your hair with no care in the world, get mad when you ask them for simple tweaks to a style, talk to you rudely, never start their appointments on time, can’t remember any scheduled appointments, and all around not nice people. A customer came in to explain to my stylist that she did not do his parts right and then she proceeds to destroy my own parts right after. Please avoid

disgustin. the lady did my hair completely wrong, at one point she stopped doing my hair to do someone elses. it looks nothing like the picture and it sits on my head like a helmet. i've been coming hair since i was a little kid and they didn't give me even a partial refund or apology instead they ganged up on me saying it looks fine and their only response was "you're a teenager"

I really do not have a rating, but I read the reviews about the wait time and was flabbergasted. While I am sure the stylist does excellent work my time, as a customer, is valuable. I cannot.

I got medium knotless braids from this salon two weeks ago (even though I asked for small) and they look horrendous. I paid $250 for everything, which included the service, braiding hair, and a tip. But a few days after getting them done, I noticed that my real hair was poking through almost every single one of my braids and also that a lot of the braids, especially in the back, were extremely loose. Later that night, I went to a dance rehearsal and one of my braids fell out! I can't even begin to explain how furious I was. I went back to the salon the next day to have them rebraid the one braid that had fallen out and still, it was done poorly. Not only were my braids of a terrible quality, but the atmosphere itself was highly unprofessional and full of rude people. I have attached pictures of my hair below. I literally got these done 16 days ago and I am taking them out tonight. There are so many people/places in the Providence area that offer professional, quality hair services for a reasonable price— BET salon is not one of them. Hoping this post can save someone else their time and money... please don't go here!Service: Braids
