I recently used Barahona Express to drop my family off at JFK Airport from Rhode Island. I was very impressed with their service. They picked me up from my house on time and got us to the airport quickly and efficiently. The driver was very friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable.I would definitely recommend Barahona Express to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable airport shuttle service. Here are some of the things I liked about their service:They were on time and got us to the airport quickly.The driver was very friendly and helpful.The price was very reasonable.They were able to accommodate my family of 3 with luggage.They were flexible and willing to work with my schedule.Overall, I had a very positive experience with Barahona Express and would definitely recommend them to others.

Picked me up an hour forty minutes before leaving to sit around at their office wish they would of told me that traveled with geraldo transportation way better

The customer service is HORRIBLE especially if your not a dominican. All of the staff is rude from the driver to phone operator and the front desk people all are rude. They rush the elderly people instead of being helpful. And they rush you at the rest stop. So many issues all the time. I would not recommend u less it's ur last resort.

This company it's terrible service!!!I called asking for a price to send a suitcase to Bronx, New York, and the girl told me $50.00 dollars, and I said ok; when I get there with the suitcase and pay the $50.00 dollars, the girl that was there told me that it will cost me $70.00 dollars, because it was a bag!!! They are thief!! Liars, irresponsible, and I never going to use there services again!!

Worse van company ever!!! Rude and just disgusting people. They kicked my daughter off the van bc they felt she had too many bags and wanted charge 125 for a $70 van.

Price keeps going higher yet the vans are very tiny and seats and aisles are way too small.. Every seat gets filled and it gets uncomfortable.. At times they switch you between vehicles many times to get to your destination.

On 9.14.22 at 2:00 PM, I boarded Barahona Express from Broad street Providence for New York City. On the road, the temperature on the bus was scorching. The driver when asked by an older woman to turn on the AC, the driver had no clue. He's asked a passenger sitting in the front behind him to look. The gentleman got up while the bus was in motion and started to play with the ceiling lights thinking it was either the vent or the temperature gauge. I motioned him to the rear of the transport van to make the necessary adjustments. After standing there for a while, he sat in the back and started conversing with the other guest. It was evident he did not know what to do. To add insult to injury, the drive from the moment we started the journey had the music blaring. I asked him several times to turn the music down since there were several elderly guests in the van, including myself. He ignored my request and turned the music up louder. I eventually got out of my seat and told him the loud music was hurting my ears. My request was ignored. He made no attempts to stop and check the AC, possibly ignoring health issues the other guest may have riding in this oven of a van. The music continued until his favorite song was done. At which point he turned it down and ten minutes later turned the radio to a station filled with static and continued driving. I've taken this transport two times, and the problems with loud music have been the same. The AC issues, on the other hand, are new. I guess it's cheaper for him. My advice is to choose a transport which puts its customer first. Cheaper isn't always better. If you can spend extra to get there, DO IT!!!!

A 73 year old lady traveling from West Africa was left stranded in JFK by this horrible company! I had spoken to them on a daily basis making sure this pick up would be trouble free. Found myself speeding the 4 hour trip to JFK to retrieve her myself. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. The young lady on the phone kept speaking over me telling "mommy it'll be ok, she can take a taxi to our office" She is 73 years old, traveling alone with no U.S. currency and limited english. Wouldn't use this company again to transport my worst enemies dogs! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO! This business should be shut down!!!!!!
