Maritza was extremely helpful! My accounts had been locked due to a security compromise and she patiently walked me through all the necessary procedures to get new physical cards and activate a digital card once they arrived. 10 out of 10!

Went there for account services, We were greeted at the door by Joel. He was polite, we were seen shortly after being seated. Angela was great and she explained everything clearly. Overall, the banking experience was good but I’d recommend booking an appointment online beforehand. :)
