Not only is it ground level, making access a breeze, but it's nestled in a vibrant part of Providence. For those looking to unwind after a busy day, the Hot Club waterfront bar offers the perfect backdrop.But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional management by David Allen. David personifies attentiveness and responsiveness. Any minor hiccup we faced was swiftly addressed, ensuring our operations ran smoothly and without interruption.To anyone considering an office space in Providence, this spot at 559 South Water Street comes highly recommended. Not just for the office and location itself, but for the peace of mind knowing you're in the capable hands of a dedicated landlord/tenant.
