Chris Ricci did a great job listening to what I wanted in a digital piano and led me to the perfect roland. He did NOT try to upsell me to the most expensive model but rather answered all my questions and provided suggestions. Highly recommend and ask for Chris!

Traveled all the way up to their location from Atlanta, GA, to purchase a like new 2021 Yamaha U3. The whole process was super easy, and they even were able to get our piano shipped(extra cost) to our door within a reasonable amount of time(less than a month). If we were ever in the need of a secondary piano, and they had what we needed we would for sure use them again.

Found a piano online and worked with Chris (on-line form is straightforward, helpful and detailed) he was very knowledgeable and provided insight that I hadn’t considered. Scheduling was easy and price was perfect.Three gentlemen showed up day of with the piano and truck, extremely friendly and efficient. In and out in 30 minutes, respectful of property and polite as well.Would highly recommend them for any piano moves.

Avery deserves its reputation as one of the best piano galleries in the Northeast. I was able to take my time and make sure the the piano fit our space and needs. Staff know what their talking about and will help you make the right choice, even if that’s not buying from them, can’t recommend them enough!

I bought a Roland GP609 Electric baby grand piano from a separate dealer in Florida that has now gone out of business. My piano had stopped working so I located Avery Piano to see if they could help me service it and I got on the phone with Richard. He sat with me on the phone and then got on his cell phone and then his wife’s iPad and finally two hours later we had solved the problem!! My toddler had put a DOG TREAT in the piano’s headphone jack! Piano is working like a charm!! I tried to repay Richard and he was having none of it!! I was floored!! I will be using Avery Piano for ALL my piano needs now moving forward!! Thank you so much to Richard as well! A+ service and experience!!!!!

My son loves his new Kawai CA99 piano. And I had a wonderful experience with Avery Piano Co - we browsed the store for the right fit, and next day bought the piano over the phone and Chris agreed to deliver within less than two hours to accommodate our busy schedule around the holidays. The store has a great selection of digital pianos and it was a pleasure browsing through it and working with Chris.

I hired Avery Piano Company to move a Baldwin 6' grand piano after another company (The Piano Mill) failed to complete the job. The folks at Avery were the ultimate professionals from start to finish. The movers were musicians themselves and very personable. The work was completed within 2 hours, and the piano arrived unscathed and in tune! I could not recommend Avery Piano more highly. If you need an instrument moved, Avery is absolutely your best option.

I recently moved my piano from my mother's house in CT to my home in RI and then followed up with a tuning. Everything went very smoothly from booking the move and tuning to delivery and tuning. My piano is old and everyone treated the piano with care! Thank you!
