I didn't like it at all. I left my cell phone to fix the screen. When I looked for it, the speaker didn't work. Then I came back and took it and it didn't have a screw.

great people , and i know Yoan Pena his apple computer had water damage and only apple could help him out but Yoan kept insisting and they refuse to work on his computer because the water damage, i was there sitting waiting for my phone to be fixed and this guy was becoming a pain already , they did the right thing good and honest people

Bad customer service, the guy idk if is the owner or what, but he’s too antipathy and I guess antisocial, I wrote him and ask if there was another store that could help me with my problem, he kept saying Apple even after I told him that Apple can’t help me, and when I got to the store to pick up my laptop, he didn’t even said sorry I couldn’t help u, or told me about other store, that i know he knows, he didn’t even said “Hi” I just picked the laptop and that was it. Anyways I called a store on Broad St, obviously more professional than he is.

They are open on weekends. They are around the corner at the Big Top Flea Market on Manton Ave instead. Be advised he locks the shop up on school days for a half hour or an hour around 3 to get his kids. Even his kids are great help out at the flea market or afternoons. Your daughter deserves a raise! Tell her THANK YOU She was a HUGE HELP Today! I've been going there for years and years. Eddy and his wife are the best! And to any dumb dumb who brings in stolen iPhone to have the screen repaired how is that Eddy's fault? Sorry not sorry this is a good honest family business. Eddy has been saving me money on my phone bill for years! Thank you!

great place , nice people i recommend this place they always give me free temper glass and a case when i get my phone fix with them , their prices are cheap too, they dont over charge like other places thank you

Customer service at the main store is horrible; the people who work at the flea market are much more nicer but their customer service sucks. Definitely won't recommend anyone to this place. Your better off going somewhere else.

Edward Escobar took a reported stolen phone to that place and they could not do anything , even apple reject that iphone and he was not happy that's why the review he left to them, friendly place good people be advise when you buy a phone from the street you dont know what you buying , so that why EDWARD ESCOBAR WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT THAT SHOP
