Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unable to fulfill product orders in time for major construction and forgot parts needed for a bathroom renovation. No consistent or clear communication. And then upon sending us more filter parts than we unknowingly needed for shower, they called the police to try to have them retrieved, as if we stole them. Will not do business with this company again.

Horrible service, go to NEW ENGLAND SUPPLY OR ANY OTHER BIG COMPANY. Theyre family owned and operated and don't care about employees or customers.New england supply are much nicer and fair with prices.

On February 3, 2023, Friday evening, which was the coldest night of the year (-9 Degrees Fahrenheit) I had a major plumbing problem. After taking my shower and turning off the Symmons Temptrol control valve, hot water kept running (not dripping) and I had no shut-off valves in proximity to the shower to stop the hot water back flow. Back in 2010 I purchased a high efficiency boiler from Bruce at Ardente Supply Co. which has an indirect hot water tank associated with the boiler. I was fearful to shut down the boiler while attempting to fix the problem since the boiler provides both space heat and domestic hot water. The next day, February 4, 2023, Saturday, the overnight temperature was the second coldest night of the year (-2 Degrees Fahrenheit) and I still could not do anything to stop the hot water siphoning from the boiler. After two days of record setting temperatures and another day, Sunday, that the problem could not be addressed, I decided to call Bruce at Ardente supply on Monday. Bruce has helped me over the years addressing both electrical and plumbing problems with my boiler and supplying various plumbing parts for a number of home remodeling jobs. After discussing my siphoning problem with Bruce, he told me what I needed to do to secure boiler operation and how to rebuild my Symmons Temptrol shower valve. I do not know what I would have done if Bruce did not come to the rescue. Bruce, your expertise in HVAC is truly exceptional and I feel that my experience might help someone in the community with a similar or any heating/plumbing problem. Bruce, kudos to you... Rick P.

Had a broken Rohl part that Rohl was unable to replace in 2 months time, leaving us without a shower. Charlie figured out a replacement that would work after I'd made 15 other calls. Saved me not having a shower for months/replacing the entire system.

People there get out of way to get you exactly what you need, make sure you get the help you deserve. If they. Being going back there for over 20 years. If want ultimate service/advice, Charlie is your boy. Either you're an experienced service tech or a DIY weekend warrior.

Beautiful showroom packed with lots of samples of sinks (for bath and kitchen), toilets, shower fixtures, lighting, hardware, you name it. Ask for Christine -- she knows her stuff.

Called this business to ensure hours open. Went ok with my family there was a woman helping another customer a brief hi. One gentleman was on the phone, another gentleman at a desk said hi and that was it. Walked around and not one person spoke to us, not even to say make an appointment for a later date. I just cannot understand the lack of acknowledgment and customer service. Truly unacceptable coming from someone who works in the service industry. Disappointing and my business will go elsewhere.

We are putting in a whole new kitchen using Ned Capozi from Modern Industries, & we're in the market for anything related to kitchen. We just had a wonderful experience dealing with Christine at Ardente Supply Co. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and always ready willing & able to make a printout of the products we seemed to be interested in. Very nice showroom... Just needs to be cleaned up a bit. There's lots of loose sinks and toilets being stored on the floor and in the way of walking around.. The brands carried here are very good quality like Graff and Rohl
