I hate coming here. It’s never a pleasant process. 35 mins of waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I can buy a new $1,000+ phone. When I went back to the door person, their response was “This is common for a Sunday.” I spent 20 years as a retail store manager; if the fact that Sundays are so commonly known as a busy day, then the store should be staffed to accommodate the traffic. I walked out. I can’t stand this location.I hate coming here.

Brand new iPhone and battery is draining quickly. They did absolutely nothing. Drove an hour to get here. Was told if issue continues come back! Umm no. Once the phone is paid will be going back to android

The front customer service employees at this location are the least qualified and competent, and the customer service is the worst. I was curious ask to why the hiring manager put this incompetent uncivilized associate in the front in the first place to greet customers? He gave us a nasty welcome with this attitude, said he didn't want to work with us until one of his colleagues approached him. When we requested a specific phone, he Arrives and informs us that all the phones are titanium, even though we specifically asked for a “natural titanium color”—which is essentially a colorway. He terrifies my spouse half to death, sends us the wrong color, and threatens tells me keep my hands down, When I am trying to show him the model of the color. This guy doesn't know how to serve customers; he belongs in the back. We didn't spend $1,500 on a phone to have some incompetent imbecile treat us poorly and maybe not even know why he's there. You’ve been reported to Apple Congratulations. An associate named Ivan came and exchanged the phone in one minute for us, along with the manager. Thanks Ivan for your help.!

Went to get my get my screen replaced and was greeted by Matt or Matty, he is one of the most unprofessional and unhelpful people Apple has hired. I complained to the manager on site as well as filed a corporate complaint. People like him should be kept in the back and not to out on the floor to deal with customers. From now going forward I’d rather take a drive an hour away than come to this Apple location.

I have never been so disgusted by the lack of customer service and support, especially towards a family that is a dedicated Apple user. Bought a 12 and there is a manufacturer malfunction. Apple would not cover the cost to fix it. It was on us. I would understand if it’s something we broke and had to pay for. Daughter crying cause she literally just got it. Apple support “not my problem.” Asked them to please help because we literally just dropped over a grand to keep her ESA alive. Again…no support, compassion, empathy or sympathy. They said since it was an older phone they wouldn’t cover the cost because it was out of the manufacturer time frame and there was nothing they could do!! NO you can still pay for the cost of repair. There’s ways around it. Just rude, disgusting behavior. Daughter is crying in your store and the support team and store manager laughing at us. Be ashamed of yourself. CEO and corporate now getting a call and email with a formal complaint

Booked a demo for the Apple Vision Pro and had a HORRIBLE experience. I got there right on time and waited 1 1/2 hours!!! for my demo to start. So ridiculous. Then when I finally tried it the device was super uncomfortable. It was the wrong fit. The sales person didn’t care that I was in a lot of pain. She just wanted to take her break or something as she was complaining to another coworker that she had to give me a demo. Ended up quitting the demo early because it hurt so bad and nobody cared. Left the store so annoyed at the horrible customer service.

I needed to reset my laptop to factory settings as I got a new one! Ashely assisted me at the Genius Bar. She was so knowledgeable and sent me on my way quickly. She explained what was going on in normal human terms which was super appreciated.

Went to buy a Mac computer today at the Apple Store and I am active military and they told me I have to order it online to get my military discount. A billion dollar company can’t give a discount they say they offer on the spot. That is really ridiculous.
