Have been to this location a couple times and found most of the employees to be quite friendly and helpful. However, one employee working today (redheaded man) made a judgmental/rude joke as my SO and I were checking out - did not appreciate that. Not really cool in any type of store.

My favorite intimate apparels shop of all time The manager there, Kristina, has helped me on numerous occasions find exactly what I'm looking for and makes her customers feel super comfortable in an otherwise mainstream taboo environment. Love this place. And give that manager a promotion!!!!

So abusive the phone people are both in store and on the phone. They won't honor the warranty either. BOYCOTT THIS RETAILER. Employees become attacking and vicious after being asked simple questions. Horrible customer service and filty stores too. I would not shop here ever again! If the employee I spoke to doesn't resolve my issue I will publicly post her name so management can discuss other career opportunities for them. Everyone working at this chain of stores should be fired because they aren't hello how may I help you? We spend so much money on stuff and we as customers deserve much better treatment than at Wal mart. Hell, that's a diss to Wal mart. Wal mart provides better service than any amazing store I have been in.

Terrible customer service, my most recent experience was not friendly in the slightest. I’ve been in this establishment on multiple occasions and never had horrible customer service. I walked in with me and some friends, the two females working greeted us, as we made it around the store and looking at the items around the store one of the workers screamed out, “don’t steal nothing” while looking at us. I didn’t find it funny, but kept looking around I had explained to the friends I was with that I was confused wether they were joking or being genuine. As I was saying this one of workers is passing by laughs, and states sarcastically, “yea like a joke” then proceeded to go to her co worker and gossip very loudly. ????????

Thurber's Ave Location: Great selection, but their dishonesty is cringe worthy. Go to their 50% off section where stickers on the box say "50% off ticketed price" and peel off the orange label. You'll find that the orange label you peeled off is double the original price. When I asked the manager about it she said the "...warehouse must have marked that one wrong and we have no way of actually taking 50% off". That's pretty shady and there is no reason for it. If they resort to tactics like that, they are obviously uncomfortable about their high prices. Also, when I asked the manager if they still carry Fleshlights she said "You know, it's funny. Pipedream (the maker of Fleshlights) hasn't sent anything to us since COVID started". Products with the brand name "PD" and "PDX" cover half of the back wall. And yes, if you turn the box over, you'll see that PD and PDX stand for "Pipedream" and "Pipedream Extreme" respectivelym. Honesty and integrity seem to elude these people, but I shop there anyway. Just know you're paying top price for everything and anything anyone tells you, including recommendations based on things they r supposedly used is a lie. Get what you need right away here. Get the rest on the internet for half the price.

I always come here when needed. I won't go to any other amazing because this is the best one. The people here are knowledgeable for the most part. It seems that they have had a change of staff which just saying a bummer. The people who used to be here were more knowledgeable and nice. Nowadays, it's hit or miss. They always have everything I need.

Very Helpful staff , it's not like walking into one of those trucker type filthy stores. Very clean and classy , my late 50's wife and I were very comfortable here.

I love the store and the management was very helpful with the booths section lol I haven't gone to this kind of a store I was pretty nervous but the gents that was in the booth section helped me a lot :) I definitely recommend this if you are gay or bi just curious what it is about just try it and see. Always always say no thanks if the person try's to join in the booth lol lol

Somehow I received a random phone call from these guys and when I called I was just trying to understand what they said and someone rudely got on the phone saying they absolutely didn't not call me even though the way I called them was from my missed calls. I wasn't even on the phone for 15 seconds and was very polite myself.
