Unbelievable customer service!Carl has a big heart and goes above and beyond the expectation.When I booked my initial intro call with Carl with one hour notice, Carl jumped on the call from his laptop in his car to listen to my needs and answer my questions.I got onboarded very fast and painless.Thanks to Carl and his team for cleaning up my previous book keeping and get me back on track.I use less than an hour every month to review the monthly book keeping.Accubooks sents me a very professional financial monthly report.Every time I need anything I get an immediate answer and the problems get solved very fast.The fees are very reasonable, the work is very accurate and the service is top.I have worked with other accounting teams such as QuickBooks Live - there is a world in difference working with Accubooks. Carl is the absolute best! He's professional, friendly, and reliable, I am so happy I starting working with him a few years ago. Carl helped me during our Covid shutdown, he was instrumental in helping me navigate finances, including applying for PPP loans. Carl Amaral was a godsend. After staring a small business 12 years ago, I had multiple CPA's helping me off and on with my finances, but it was always either ad hoc or very unprofessional service scrambling just to get my books done for yearly taxes. Carl showed me what a true bookkeeper could do for a business, and it will set the standard for what I expect in the future. I have no financial knowledge, and he cleaned up the last few years of my quickbooks, set great monthly reports of my finances that I didn't even know to ask for, and gave me honest and progressive feedback about how the business was doing. I highly recommend his services. Very well priced as well. Proactive, which is what a small business owner needs. He reached out to me with what he knew I needed, I didn't even have to ask.

Carl from On Track Accounting is the BEST! To begin, he arrived to our meeting on time and upon meeting, he asked me about myself and my business so that he can give me the most specific and accurate help possible. I truly feel like he listened to everything I said and genuinely cared about what my concerns were with the accounting I had done on my own thus far. He has been there to answer every question I've ever asked him within a few hours at most, thoroughly and completely. For someone who doesn't feel 100% confident in what I'm doing accounting-wise, I left our meeting feeling much less insecure, especially knowing that I can trust and rely on Carl to help. I will for sure be relying on Carl any time I need any accounting help and for the up coming tax season.
