This is not the place to get a perm. Hairdresser was inexperienced and took rollers out early. Front curls fell out upon washing. They were unable to come to resolution and were very rude when asked. Waste of $300. Seek out a more professional salon if you are looking for this service.

Shannon has been my go-to hair stylist for years, and she never disappoints! Whether it's a short cut or long layers, she works wonders with my hair. Her coloring skills are spot on every time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.

Katelyn gave me a facial today and it was the best I've ever had. I'm now switching over to this salon. I was greeted when I came in and when I left. The price is very reasonable for the service. I had no problem finding parking. Can't wait to go back!

Let me tell you about Shannon … after having my second son I lost a ton of hair and felt extremely insecure to the point I started coloring my own hair to avoid a public salon so on top of being half bald I now had two toned hair .. a total mess so I reached out to Shannon who I had gone to for years previously but after I moved to south county we lost touch .. 730am on Friday morning I fb messaged her and she immediately got back to me I told her my story and within hours I was sitting in her salon and she just made me feel so safe and not at all judged ..I’m going to help you get your hair back on track she said .. that was exactly what I needed to hear .. I wanted extensions because the grow back process is going to take a long time ..so she immediately ordered them and within a week I was back in the salon on Friday night .. I asked do you usually work this late and she said this was later then normal but she knew I wanted them asap. This woman is more then a stylist she is compassionate.. professional.. and kind. You don’t find too many people who genuinely care and I’m lucky to have her to help me. On top of that my extensions look amazing completely natural I’m totally in love with them .. back to being a confident woman and mom of two baby boys. Thank you thank you thank you Shannon!

I was able to get an appointment for the following week pretty easily online, and also was able to reschedule for the next day when something else came up unexpectedly. I appreciate that! My appointment was with Shannalee, who texted me the day before to see if I could come in at 10:15 instead of 1. I couldn't, because I told her I worked until 12:15. She asked if I could come at 12:30, and I said I thought I could make it, depending on traffic. So, then the next day comes, and she messages me telling me to take my time and that parking may be hard at this time of day, and 12:45 is fine. I got there at 12:25 and walked in downstairs. I had never been here before. No greeting. One guy cutting someone's hair downstairs. I told him I had an appointment with Shannalee and he told me to go upstairs. I did. Again, no greeting. I just sat down, as the two stylists were with clients. Twenty minutes go by, and Shannalee has finally finished with her client and asks me who I'm here to see. I said, "I think you, Shannalee" She was nice enough, but no acknowledgment of the fact that she asked me to come early and then I sat and waited for her for 20 minutes with no greeting from anyone. The haircut was fine. She was fine. I have short hair, so it took no more than 20 minutes for her to cut my hair. Then she told me it was $95. What the hell?! I've lived in Los Angeles and had my hair cut in many high end salons and I've never been charged $95 for a 20 minute service. I was wondering if this was always the price and she said this is what she always charges. Ok, maybe for someone who has long layers and complicated hair that takes an hour to wash and cut and dry and style, but she didn't even wash my hair. This just seems outrageous to me. I was prepared to pay more than usual, but not $95. Everyone I told afterwards dropped their jaws in disbelief. I'll be making the trek back my old salon (Society) in Cranston for my $30 haircuts. They greet all their clients with smiles as soon as they walk in, they do a great job, and their prices are great. Maybe this place is good for rich people, but if you're not, stay away. There is a reason there are no prices on their website.

Brandon was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! My best friend has been going to him for years, so I finally made an appointment for myself. Asked for an easy to maintain wash and go style and he included me through the whole process! My hair is now so easy to manage and has more volume than it’s ever had bc I finally got a cut that worked for my hair type. Brandon was easy to talk to, informative, thorough, and gave an amazing haircut. Definitely going back.

Great salon with amazing stylists! I see Shanna and she is so so talented, but every stylist here is top notch. The salon is very clean. It is a welcoming place and they are always very punctual, which is a plus!
