The women who own this shop are so delightful and so helpful with anything I have ever gone in there for. There are so many options to choose from. They carry things for every occasion from new born baby to almost born baby to wedding to new mommy present to gifts for myself to jewelry. And their prices are very competitive and you can get great gifts for great value.

Shopping at The Portsmouth Shop is always a pleasure! My mom and I stopped in on Saturday to browse. As always both Sarah and Joann greeted us. After we both made purchases and were leaving my mom noticed Joann unpacking some stuffed birds, specifically cardinals. Cardinals have held a special meaning for us ever since my dad passed away. My mom commented on how cute they were and Joann handed her one and told her it was for her. The thoughtfulness made my moms day. I can’t say enough positive things about The Portsmouth Shop! Thank you both for being so thoughtful and caring.
