“The guys who work the front desk are always so nice and helpful! The halls are always very clean. Lights are on motion sensor. Climate control. I love how each stairwell door has cleaning things if you need to pick up after yourself. Elevators that are covered with a blue tarp so you don’t bump your things. They also have carts and tables to use to bring your stuff up.”

“I used Newport Self Storage to store my stuff over last winter and it was great. James was conscientious about meeting me, and it was easy to drop off and pull my backyard and garden paraphernalia in and then back out. Looking forward to doing it again this month for the winter so I hope he sees this and gives me a great rate :)”
“The owner is responsive to phone calls and easy to work with, and it’s affordable. The only downside is that the storage units aren’t completely clean. The floor of the storage units is dusty and the roof is made of wires, so it’s possible for pigeons to sit on top and p*** on your stuff. It doesn’t happen often, but just to be safe, if you want to avoid the pigeons you should choose a storage unit farther away from the doors, and close the doors after you’re done moving your stuff to keep the pigeons out. We had a storage unit extremely close to the doors. After a month of using the storage unit there was a small white stain on one of our items.”
“Great storage facility and even better staff!! Krystal and Selena were accommodating and so helpful! Krystal spent a lot of time with us, making us feel welcomed and relaxed the whole time. Was very thorough when talking us through unit options, taking us on a tour of the unit/facility and making sure we had all info we needed or asked for—def a much different/better experience than we’ve had at other places in the FR area!! “Had very good experiences with rental vans at this location. The Wait can take a while on busy days, but the service is great. They're also more flexible than some of the other locations I've worked with. Always make sure to do a good walk around of the rental and take pictures of everything. It saves the possibility of disputes later.”
