“I've been a client here for years, and I can categorically say there's no better bang for the buck. The owner, James, is a very nice guy and will get you set up with minimal fuss or drama. Located in downtown Newport within easy access to just about everything in newport. The location is secure and has recently been undergoing some additional lighting upgrades. 24-hour access via pinpad is a big plus.”
“Staff is friendly and helpful, facility perfectly suits my storage needs. The only issue I had was accessibility problems which occurred right after I moved things in near the end of May. Storm damage to the access system caused some problems whick were fixed in a few weeks, otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars.”

“Had very good experiences with rental vans at this location. The Wait can take a while on busy days, but the service is great. They're also more flexible than some of the other locations I've worked with. Always make sure to do a good walk around of the rental and take pictures of everything. It saves the possibility of disputes later.”
“1030 pleasant st. Owner Derek is vold cruel heartless . Absolutely doesn't care about the people. He's evil @ greedy ! Just got a call if don't get my things out of Uhaul truck. By 2day was throwing out all my belongings 2 a dump ! Where is workers Frank Ramone Country kind hearted people who. I was wild if pd. 4 the rental of truck daily. My things would B safe @ ok.
