I rented two units in Portsmouth, one inside and one outside for several months. The units were clean and easily accessible, and quite reasonable in cost compared to other storage companies I looked at. Moreover, the office manager, Elke, made my rental experience easy and stress free from the very beginning, helping me to navigate through all the necessary paperwork. She was also always friendly and promptly answered any questions that I had.
I would highly recommend this company.

Like others stated, units are on slopes, hard to load, water got into unit and caused mold. Also forgot to give notice on move out, moved out the last day and they still charged for another months rent. They don't care, stay away.

Nice staff to deal with. Facilities were excellent but prices somewhat high due to lack of competition. Billing issues somewhat resolved.

For 15 years I never had a single worry with the previous owners. Now with the new ones, I had 8,000 worth of damage to my car because they used a fork lift to move it, never even asked me or told me it was moved. The Manager lied to me several times. I don't trust them whatsoever. I've had several other stressful, frustrating and anxiety causing conversations the past few years. I tried to make a claim on the insurance they provided but hit nothing but walls and then they changed companies! Even had my actual car insurance company make inquiries and they lied to them too! As a disabled combat vet, I already have my fair share of worries, all this company does is add to the stress and aggravation. Very deeply disgusted with them. They make it such a horrible pain to store items with them and then give you grief on top of it, as well as damaged property, lies and deceit. I just can't deal with them any longer. Rather loose the precious family items I've been saving for decades than loose my wits trying to deal with this company.

Rented a RV Storage spot here and everyone was very helpful. Elke and Abby had a lot of patience dealing with poor technology they are forced to work with but did it with a smile. Promises were made and kept by Elke and it is nice to know that someone tries to do a good job taking care of people now a days!
