Place has went down hill since covid. When i call in meds they dont get them together so i have to wait when i get there. What are all of the staff doing sitting around. Updated your systems apparently paper doesnt work with how often no one knows whats happening.

For having a limited amount of doctors who take care of small pets I can say confidently that they will go above & beyond to take care of your furry friends! I came in worried sick about my pet bunny & was instantly relieved to find out that she was okay. The staff is so attentive & caring, they are a very busy center but I promise it is worth the patience!

Veterinarian Caitlin LeClair is the whole package for knowledge & compassion, her assistant as well (5 stars)
* The rest of the front desk staff are not well trained. Walk in, DIDN'T even acknowledge me when I was the only person in waiting room. About 5 minutes pass, 2 staff people carried on conversations about something on computer (never even looked up) 3rd employee finally asked if I needed help. Phone rings with 3 ladies just ignore it. Furniture in vet rooms old and need replacing, wood nailed on the bottom to make it stable, flooring worn out, no ventilation. Oh and a giant dog allowed to jump up on counter and bark at everything for the whole 30 minutes I was waiting
The had a new piece of equipment, no one trained on it, the staff lady was literally READING the manual ? TWO minutes of Red Light treatment & charged $35.

I've been using Dr Burt and his staff since 2003. If you want an honest vet that cares for the animal over money, then this is the place. They really are top-notch. All these reviews really doesn't do the place justice, it's really that good.

I am so grateful for Dr Burke! I have ferrets and there are literally no vets around that will see them except for him and anytime I have an issue they are able to see my babies. He has saved the lives of two of my ferrets for and I would recommend him for your fur babies because he is kind and empathetic along with all of the staff.

Jax, a 13.5 year old large black lab needed a procedure. He had a removal.. Doc Bert not only made me feel secure that my little man would wake up ... It went better than i ever expected and i attribute this to the Doc and incredible care given by the office staff. From the bottom of my ? thank you !
