Couldn't be happier to work with this shop after my long time mechanic became sick. Very honest and organized, gave me a date to repair my car rather than having it sit there until they had time, and communicated with way more detail and patience then the average shop, helping me decide if it was worth the repair or not.

The owner/operator is a PUNK.He seems to think the world revolved around his little self.Went to get a price for work on one of my vehicles and the kid was out in the parking lot fighting with somebody on the phone.Based on what I overheard(not hard due to the yelling) the customer was not happy.When he did come back inside he was rude and definately NOT the kind of person I want to do busines with.I told him "we will not be doing any business".Good luck to anyone dealing with the entitled little boy.I am in process of telling EVERYONE I know about the lack of any kind of professional behavior.Had to give one star to post.....doesn't deserve even a NEGATIVE star.

Took my van there with brake troubles. He said it was the master cylinder. I told him a mechanic had already change it but he insisted it was the problem. Eight hundred dollars later the brakes were acting up within days of the service. After he worked on it I could not loosen the brake bleeders. Called to ask only that he free them up since he had over tightened them and he refused. I would never bring any vehicle there. Does not stand by their work!!!!

Used to go here back when it was Rocky's place. The new owner and his wife are such warm and friendly people. Charged me a fair price after a bunch of hassle with an after market part had been wrongly installed on my car before I owned it. Kept me updated every step of the way. Will absolutely be coming back.

I would definitely recommend this place,the service was excellent. The owner was so nice, friendly, and honest. I am thankful that he was able to get me in right away, especially on a Friday afternoon. I will definitely be back.

We had gone to Portsmouth Auto and Sales and were completely dissatisfied. Recommendations came in for Frank's and we gave them a shot. They did the repair same day, so nice, fair pricing I think we found our new auto repair place!! Thank you!
