Truck was supposed to be done in a week. They held my truck for more than two months. They had to give me a pre- quote for my transmission job for $800-$1200 mind you I supported the transmission all they had to do was labor. weeks and weeks and weeks of calling to see if my Actual quote was ready. They told me they were" still looking into it "for two months the truck sat there not a single look at it , the owner then calls me out of no where and tells me my truck is all done and ready for pick up I still haven't even got my detailed quote but yet my bill is ready? I Took a look at the bill and was charged 3600 for JUST LABOR!! 28 hours of labor I was charged for a 8 hour job!!! THE OWNER AS WELL AS THE WORKERS WERE INCREDIBLY RUDE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND DE PAUL DIESEL TO MY WORST ENEMY !!!!! THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER SHORTLY!!!!!!

We had an emergency situation. Our son was leaving for college (in 2 days) with his car (for the first time) and we were notified that it would never make the long journey. Between Jen, in the office, and Jamie, and their mechanics, they prioritized the situation and got my son off to school safely. I can't thank them enough. Top rating for service and customer relations.We were traveling and in the area when we needed service on our diesel engine. Jamie was able to get us into the shop, diagnosed the issue and even after encountering challenges in getting the correct parts - was able to have the repairs made and us back on the road in a very short time.We then traveled some 1800 miles and had no further problems.Jamie is a problem solver and was great at getting us into the shop and back on the road.High recommendations for this shop and Jamie and his team at DePaul Diesel Services..
