We've been very pleased with Citizens over the years. Although we do the majority of our banking online, when we need to visit this branch, the Branch Manager and rest of the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Understaffed. One person working the inside of the bank and the teller windows on a Friday afternoon. That is just ridiculous. As a business owner Time is money and I don’t like waiting because the bank is understaffed.
