We are in the midst of dealing with a transmission failure -- we had to be towed to this marina -- and so far they have been extremely professional and responsive to emails/communications, which is often the weak link in marine service issues. They also seem to be well staffed, another plus. Looking forward to doing a 5-star review also on the transmission job and other work.

Our Marina. Much improved over the last three years. Not sure if possible but an on site tiki bar or small bites would be awesome. Great boat neighbors.

Nice marina and people but beware of their service. I put in a work order to paint bottom, tighten stuffing box, and put zincs on our 40' sailboat. The work was completed over two weeks after our launch date in June. But most importantly, the prep work for bottom painting was horrible - they didn't even take the time to get the loose paint off the boat as it was flaking off when I rubbed my hand over the new paint. Included in the bill was for things they simply did not do - they said they tighten the stuffing box, but the floorboard to access clearly hadn't been opened since the fall. I pulled the boat out in August and I wasn't surprised when there were no zincs on the shaft (I noticed no zincs before they put in the water and called them about this). Then, when I asked for an itemization, I receive a call from their service manager, Mike, who insists everything was done as it was in his records and asked me to email him photos so we can work it out. I never hear back and they then bill my credit card for the full amount (this will be disputed). I understand every organization isn't perfect - I have no idea what happened here, but the fact that they will not take ownership of the issue and even discuss with me a fair resolution before billing my credit card is not good.

A great marina with friendly folks. I used them in July 2018 as a staging ground while we finished a major project on my boat. They were extremely helpful and did much to assist us getting along to launch day. I can't recommend them more highly.
