I didn't stay there but I did attend a seminar there and the room was nice. Caterings did a good job as well.

This is where I currently reside. Absolutely love it here, comes with amazing features. Being on the other side of the bridge stinks for traffic reasons, but I'll make that accommodation for the luxuries I have here, for a university campus.

Perfectly adequate accommodations with lovely service. The rooms were clean. The beds surprisingly comfortable. The AC top notch. The shower head up to date. I will say the whole thing has a smell of old wet stuff. Not sure there's much they can do about it considering their location. Would certainly consider coming back here again if I was in the area.

Reasonably priced and very convenient location when staying overnight for new student orientation at Roger Williams. Fun fact: the Beach Boys performed here 22 Sep 1971 when it was a Ramada Inn

Still has hotel like character. Overall it's not in bad shape. Breakfast was basically equivalent to what you would get at a cheaper hotel. Since this place is s dorm during school semesters, rooms are set up as such. Beds have single matress on spring frame. If lucky you'll get a flat screen tv. Unfortunately both rooms we had smelled like bad feet but that wasn't a deal breaker. Would stay there again.

Figured it would be a nice place to stay because it's connected to RWU, low cost, and just seemed to be okay. They have cockroaches, stayed for 2 night and found one each night. Just don't, pay the extra few bucks and go somewhere else. It's not worth staying here to save money, it's just gross.

The Baypoint Residence , is actually RWU dorms when school is in session.
So dont expect much. Staff was awesome.
