Despite the delay, I wanted to share my positive experience and leave a good review. About 2 years ago, I had the brake pads replaced and the exhaust pipe repaired on my old Honda Civic, which I continued to drive trouble-free for another 7 months. Additionally, just two months ago, I had the catalytic converter replaced on my Honda CRV, and it's been running smoothly ever since. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service both times, and they even addressed some minor issues at no extra cost.

WARNING!!! so today I went to a shop called WEEDEN STREET AUTO AT 616 Weeden st Pawtucket Rhode Island, to get my check engine light checked and one of the workers there named DAVID phone number (401) 523-9446 tires to scam me by cutting my catalytic converter off and installing a pipe if it wasn't for me going to a family friend and having them check. Because David AKA SCAMMER was trying to tell me my car had 3 catalytic converters and that he fixed 1 and I would need to fix the 2 other ones to get rid of the check engine light; yes I don't know much about cars but I sure do know ain't no car have 3 catalytic converters. when I went back to get it he tried to yet again scam me an give me a small off brand catalytic converter I then go back to my friend and he tells me that's not the right one because of the cuts on it and how small it is, I'm like BET!!! I go back there and speak with the owner of the shop who then just tries to give me a partial refund which I refuse because NO y'all just tried to scam me TWICE and He then proceeded to give me the catalytic in the picture and at this point I don't even mind asking if it's the right one I just call the cops and file a report and call my bank and report the charge as fraud because it is. IM just posting this to make other people aware. Specially other females.

I will never trust my vehicle with Weeden Street Auto Repair again. I brought my minivan to have rust removed from the body. He charged me $300. Ok. A few days later on a Sunday, I was looking under the car and I saw pliers hanging down. I thought that's odd, he must've forgotten them. I got them out so I could return them to him the next day. I got in the car with my wife and 5 young kids. We started driving to the **** for a relaxing family swim. All of a sudden, the brakes wouldn't work. I almost hit the car in front of me. If the light ahead hadn't turned green and that car hadn't moved forward when it did, my whole family would have been in a bad accident. My brakes were fine for years and the car was at a different mechanic the week before without any problem regarding the brakes. His employee must have hit something while he was removing the rust. I went to the owner the next morning to ask him about it. He started telling me that I don't have common sense and why did I remove the pliers? I said, What?!? You left pliers to hold the brake fluid in? He said \

Do not go there the mechanic is crooked/con. The owner don’t know how to deal with customers, the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. I don’t recommend anyone to go there that’s my honesty opinion. You can go anywhere else but there! Not honest people they will rubbing you. If you ever go there they will do cheap work in your car just to take your money ? and if u have doubts about the job they perform take it to other mechanics and see what happens! You basically need to starting all over again you will waste your time your money. Please do me a favor and stay away from them, wouldn’t even go there for free! If you don’t want to be stressed out don’t go there plus you will hear all the N-word e.t.c words in Spanish also if you don’t speak their language. They are miserable cons/crooked you don’t want to deal with people like that don’t go there run ??Services: Steering & suspension repair

Horrible experience in my life. No receipt give it to me at all . I ask three times still didn’t receive one. $700 still the same noise. Brakes wasn’t bleed nothing. Horrible job. Swearing at me.said the car still the same noise. When I first got there the owner was swearing at another woman. I called back twice to bring the car back ignored me & said they where busy. Didn’t put my Lugnuts back on my car after the job was done & didn’t give me none of my locks for the tires or the piece to take the locks off. Never again. Threating to slap me in my face. Making a police report.
