Dr Langford has to be the most caring vet I have ever experienced. She presents herself as a rough person to the parents if she feels you are not doing the proper things for the animals ( which are her first priority ). If you want a soft spoken vet, she isn't for you. She used a rare way of saving my dogs life and it worked . Others on line told me I was nuts. She has my full confidence and now that I just adopted a new fur baby, she will be treating her also. If I mess up, go ahead and reprimand me! I can take it

I am rating my experience with a phone call. I called this clinic to ask for information to obtain a health certificate. The person on the phone told me they don't provide it, but was quick to point me in the right direction, which was much appreciated.

The vet is wonderful! I saw a lot of reviews saying she is rude, she is not. It is very clear how much she loves and cares for animals. I don’t think humans are her thing, hence why she’s a vet. When speaking to people she is not “being rude” on purpose, it’s her demeanor. She is super knowledgeable about the animals and will ALWAYS make time to see a pet in an emergency. I send everyone I know to her!

The Vet is honest and straight forward with you. She will give you options. Sometimes it's hard to hear the truth but she is a straight shooter. That goes for if you aren't doing the right things as a pet owner. I have been going here for years. I 100% trust her and know she is giving me the right advice. She doesn't charge as much for her services because she wants the animal to get the help they need. She loves animals and wants the best for them.

Dr.Langford is so amazing. I loved that we got to stay in the room while my dog was being seen. She is very thorough and educated me on a lot of things! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

My dog has found her new Vet.! It's very hard to find a new vet these days, especially a good one. Most wouldn't give me an appointment for months, January!!!! Well when I called, concerned about my new puppy, I was told that they were booked also, but bring her in at noon and the Doc would see her. Well she gave her an excellent physical, gave her special prescription dog food and antibiotics, but all on her lunch break! I highly recommend this place! Byrdie won't be seeing anyone else!

My Doberman Pinscher puppy was sick and I could not find a vet that could see her. The vet she got her shots from couldn't see her until the next week. The Vet. @ Pawtucket Animal Clinic said they would see her that same day! They didn't have any openings, but the vet saw her on her lunch break!!! On top of the visit she put her on antibiotics, a probiotic powder and 6 cans of special dog food, all of that plus she was very knowledgeable about the breed, gave me a few pointers ot training her then printed out a few pages from a book in her office for me! All of this extra stuff she didn't have to do, this vet just loves animals. The other vet she used to have was too busy to even give her a good exam when she got her shots! And she was $70 cheaper than the old vet!! I say "old vet" as Byrdie will now be going to Pawtucket Animal Clinic. To see Dr. Jeanne M. Langford D.V.M. Thank you for taking such good care of Byrdie Dr. Langford!!!!!

Customer service was excellent. Even though they couldn't provide the service I needed done,she recommended me to a place that was too amazing. Took me in right away as a new client.

This was worst experience I ever had with vet ever. Went there couple years ago. Front desk was rude but vet herself was beyond rude to myself n to her receptionist. Vet was treating receptionist so rude that it almost felt like u walked into a domestic argument n u could feel tension. It got worse when vet started screaming at receptionist so aggressively n calling her stupid in front of myself n my 5yr old granddaughter that's when I grabbed my dogs n left. I would give them 0 if I could. Never take ur pets there ever!

Refused to make an appointment "full of emergencies"I said okay, set me up for a follow-up next week.The person on the phone was rude and unproffessional, stated "she was trying to be professional" Like whats that mean? You're being fake friendly telling me to f off with my sick cat? I can tell!She was at least pretending to be under the direction of the doctor acting this way, which given the other reviews wouldn't surprise me
