“Incredible service! We have a very large, young, male dog who is particular and still learning, so we had some special requests (to be let in and out without other dogs around, doesn’t do well with male drs, to use a muzzle during care) that were accommodated without question! He received vaccines, which he is not a fan of and had blood work that went exceptionally well because of the kind, patient and caring nature of the tech Marina and Dr. Fielding. When we moved to RI and finding a new Vet was stressful but we couldn’t be happier with Abbott Valley and will be with them forever! Thank you from all of us, especially Enzo!”
“My elderly cat got out and wandered off and was picked up and delivered to City Kitty to see if he was chipped. I was out of town and they were able to board him until I got back the next morning. He was well cared for and it was a great part of an otherwise unfortunate situation. Thank you!”
“So far so good. My last vet left a bad taste in my mouth. Both customer service and pricing. I brought my cat here with very short notice.They were able to get me in with an appointment. The front staff was wonderful as well as the vet tech nd the vet. My previous vet made my cat so uncomfortable that they prescribed him gabapentin to take before his visits. Here he warmed right up to everybody and seem to be very comfortable. His thyroid medication was cheaper at this location and the quote I got for his upcoming appointment was also significantly cheaper than my last vet.We have another appointment at the end of this month that we are looking forward to. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this review.”
“Dr. Lenk has been my Gingers vet since we rescued her almost six years ago. When she moved to PRAH, we moved with her…that’s how much we appreciate and value her kindness and knowledge.From the minute we walked into the office, we were greeted warmly by everyone we encountered. The women at the front desk are top notch! They are always attentive and welcoming. The techs are excellent, very kind, caring and professional.We are extremely happy with the move to PRAH!!”
“The care my dog has received on numerous occasions from both Dr. Brault and Dr. Munson have exceeded my expectations. The staff here is consistently kind, accommodating and caring. My dog cries when we pull up in the parking lot, but he loves the people there which makes me feel better about his experience.”

“My Guinea pigs, rabbits and cat have all been clients here for 17+ years. They always make you and your furry family member feel welcomed and that they are the best. They are gentle and sensitive. When my guinea pigs and rabbits passed, they were so sympathetic. In all these years I would have nothing negative to say except for their lessened hours and no longer have Saturday appointments. This is a huge inconvenience for the "parents" who work. After all these years to just have that one complaint, I think that is positive and reassuring.”
“I have been going to Cumberland Animal Hospital for several years and I am always impressed with care my dog receives and how thorough the examinations are. They are patient and answer all questions we have. Dr. Marques is the absolute best. The compassion and dedication she shows is better than 5 stars. When my dog was ill and trying to figure out the cause she would call me weekly on her drive to work just for an update and to make sure she was improving. Good news was she determined the cause of the illness and my dog is doing great. If I could give Dr. Marques more than 5 stars I would!!!”
“Pets in need it’s such a great vet for low income assistance, they are so kind , kris the receptionist was so friendly and helpful provided me with the soonest appointment available, Dr.Krane was the sweetest vet I ever met , treated my fur baby like if it was one of her own. Brought in my 12 year old Shitzu Sophie wasn’t feeling well for weeks, did couple of testings, prescribed her medicine gave her fluids , did get better for few days but she was weak struggling had no energy, we spoke about putting her down this week because of her age, nothing else could be done. She passed on Friday before taking her in yesterday , saddest day of my life. But my fur baby is no longer suffering.

“I really appreciate the entire staff here. I recently moved from FL and have had the same vet for my dog his whole life. Shortly after moving, he suffered a back injury from crawling under the new bed frame (his first big injury too). I was a nervous wreck and brought him in 2-3 times along with making multiple calls to ask questions. I'm sure I was annoying them but they were so kind and understanding with us.
Dr. Megan Monteiro and the staff were nothing but compassionate and patient with me and my dog. She checked him out and made her suggestions, we then did xrays after he didn't improve 10 days later. Thankfully he didn't need surgery, I was told to be patient and continue to monitor him. If he didn't improve we could MRI or seek other treatment but they suggested medication and complete rest. It's been 8 weeks and he is finally back to 100%. I am so relieved and truly appreciate having a well-trained, caring and compassionate vet to bring my boy to. While I was nervous at first, I fully trust the guidance of this team. Highly recommend VCA Atwood. Also, the facility is always super clean. Thank you for all that you do!”
“Took my 13 year old Collette here for the first time the other day for a wellness check-up ....I had a Dr.Rodehorst who was very gentel ( a must ) withy my girl....asked all the right questions and made no sudden movements witch can be alarming to a 13 year old....staff is very friendly....place is very clean...I will be making an appointment in a few months for Collette's son Jason for a wellness checkup”

Wir haben uns hervorragend betreut gefühlt. Das Team war ebenfalls super nett von der zügigen Terminsvergabe bis zur Betreuung in der sehr schönen Praxis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“We took our kitty bucky. He was an abandoned and traumatized kitty from his past life of 4.5 years then he was dumped at a shelter with his 5 brothers and sisters and when my sister and I adopted him he wouldn't eat for 2weeks or come out from under the bed. We finally got him to come out from under the bed and he wanted to live now that he had something to live for. But after all that he has extreme anxiety and ibd ,irritable bowel disorder. So we took him to animal health center in plainville they were the kindest bunch of veterinarian doctors and nurses I have ever met especially her last name is Trapani! Bucky was so petrified he couldn't move through the whole visit and all of the staff there were very, very patient and kind with him. They know their stuff!!! Thank, you animal health center!!!!! “I'm in the process of switching all of my pets to Ferguson Animal Hospital . I recently had to bring my Maltese there because of some urinary issues and she needed a mola extracted . They were so caring and the doctor called me prior to the surgery and right after the surgery to assure me that Gracie was doing well which made me feel so good. I'm glad I made the decision to switch my pets to this Animal Hospital”
“If I could give WAH a 5-star review every time my dogs had an appointment I would. They are just phenomenal through and through. The receptionists are lovely to interact with and are always super sweet. My doctor of choice is Dr. Day and I love how comfortable she is around my German Shepherds. She takes things nice and slow, making my dogs feel comfortable even after one of them had a traumatic experience at a previous clinic. Dr. Day was also amazing enough to learn about the process for OFA Thyroid to complete the health testing for my adult GSD! I haven't had a bad experience here and I highly recommend them!!”

“Our sweet kitty Tofu has been to Bay State Vet ER twice due to complications with Feline Urinary Disease and we were very impressed with his care both times. Dr. Nelson, Dr. Klocke and all of the staff treated him with a high degree of respect and professionalism. They kept us updated on his care even when they were very busy with urgent cases. I also felt the price was quite reasonable for the level of care provided compared to what we have been charged elsewhere.”
“Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”
“I recently moved to the area and switched to this vet. Scheduling my 2.5yr old cat for his annual as a new patient was an easy process on the phone. They were booking out nearly 2 months later but when it came time for the actual visit, they were super accommodating and already prepared to deal with my cats severe anxiety during visits because they took care to pay attention to the notes I’d given them and they got his records from his previous vet!The visit was short but thorough! Very happy to have my cat going here.”
