I spent $50 on a haircut. And I hardly had my haircut. I still have wings on the side and feel like I still need a haircut. I was there for 2 hours and when I went home I had to redo my hair because they did not style my hair to my liking. I thought it was very expensive for just a haircut and should not of taken as long as it did. I have natural curly hair and they straighten it without asking me if I wanted that . For the price I didn’t get the cut I wanted

The owner is borderline racist. Wait time even with the appointment is horrendous. Owner created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and said offensive jokes out loud. Client was extremely uncomfortable. Avoid.

I almost never leave reviews but I was so moved to after my recent experience here. I just moved to Pawtucket from out of state and I’m super happy to have found my new salon. I came in for a hair transformation and walked out with exactly what I wanted. Krystal did an amazing job. She and the owner Vanessa are very knowledgeable on hair. Using my inspiration photos they worked with me on what was realistic for the state of my hair. I couldn’t be happier. Big time recommend!

I recently visited the salon without an appointment and had the pleasure of being assisted by the owner, Vanessa. Despite not having scheduled, Vanessa graciously accommodated me and provided an exceptional service. Her expertise and attention to detail truly impressed me. The salon has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and Vanessa's professionalism made my impromptu visit a delightful experience. I highly recommend them for their excellent service

Booked a haircut for my soon to be 4 yr old daughter; who has never gotten one before, and it was the BEST experience! The ladies here were so sweet & patient with her. They made her first time in the salon such an enjoyable time, she absolutely loved it! We will definitely be returning customers for sure!
