Bought Pokemon cards from this store online on tcgplayer and it was very disappointing.
This store sells cards at higher than market price, higher than most of the other sellers, but they had a larger inventory so I thought it would be convenient ordering most from one seller.
I ordered mostly near mint so it would be worth paying more, but when I received my order most of the near mint ordered cards were played with A LOT of scratches, scuffs and even dirt. Dirtiest order I've ever received in my 15 years of online card buying lol. Anyways, store has very low standards and has the audacity to upcharge for it. False misleading product descriptions.

The first time I came here I got a playmat; today’s probably my last time coming here and I got a box of Signature Spellbook: Chandra. I never understood. In any case, time spent here has been fun. This place sure has Magic.

This is honestly one of the best websites I’ve found for not only D&D Things, but also Magic the Gathering cards, I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve almost gotten ripped off buying something off Amazon or EBay, only to find it for 1/3, possibly even 1/4 of the price in-store or on the website in an even better quality and condition than on Amazon or EBay, their really good at not overpricing their cards (a great example, recently I bought two 2023 edition SoundWave, Sonic Spy MTG cards (non-foil) for $1.40 for both of them, when I was about to pay $40 for one (also not a foil card) off of EBay) literally a wallet saver 10/10 would recommend for finding things for D&D, Pokemon, Magic, Warhammer and so many other things for a low price. My only real complaint is that it’s hard to catch things like Secret Lair cards or D&D figures/books (such as Spell Jammer) when they come back in stock because the site doesn’t send notifications, when things are on a wishlist. But I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s a great website with really nice people working in-store.
Edit: I ended up reaching out and I wanted to give a Shout out to Stephen Weed for helping me find a set of cards that I’ve been trying to track down! Thank you my friend!!

Untapped is awesome! The staff are super kind and courteous (shoutout Steve!), the space is clean, welcoming, and has plenty of space for gaming, and they carry product for just about every kind of tabletop game. Love spending my Tuesday nights there playing Legacy.

I have had excellent experiences using their online service to order and pickup trading card singles. When in store, it is always lively and clean. I've browsed around plenty and they also seem to have a wide selection of goods, particularly trading cards, at excellent prices. A clean restroom for customers as well.

Untapped games has a very large selection of games and when I went in they were running a magic the gathering draft game it was really nice seeing gamers in their zone .. I bought Cthulhu themed munchkin game

I love this place. It's always such a a friendly atmosphere for Friday night commander. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Even the customers are very very friendly and welcoming to new people!

Nice little shop, a bigger on the inside than expected. They have a good collection of TCG products and board games, and staff there are very friendly.
