“I needed a major repair done to my car and brought it to Monro for diagnostic testing. Once that was done, they tried a number of things, hoping to fix the issue without having to do the major repair. That didn't work. The manager, went above and beyond trying to help me. He called my warranty company, and he suggested I go to the dealership to see if it may still be under their warranty. I went to the dealership, and it was covered! Without that, it would've cost me close to $2000 to fix it. I truly appreciate him helping and not just wanting to make a profit.”
