I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A 3.5 STAR. Most of the time they are reliable, as long as you give them the time they ask. BUT, beware of white dry cleaning!! Also, THEY ARE NOT forth coming about stains they have problems with!!

I took a shirt there to be cleaned and they couldn't get the spot out so i took it home and soaked it overnight in oxy clean, the stain came out. Waste of money and i won't be back.
