Storage America is by far the absolute best!!!! The pricing, the cleanliness of the units and most importantly the staff are courteous, helpful, and just AMAZING to work with! I would definitely recommend them!!!!

My daughter came back to college on a Sunday and Found a Pad lock she was unable to get her stuff no staff there no emergency number to call. I had to come down myself speak with someone and they said cause of a payment which it was done right away in July and that way they put the Pad lock I had inform my daughter to never go again to this place horrible

Ongoing issues with people parking against the loading dock. Think twice before renting out a storage on this location. Otherwise, be expecting putting a lot of walking around to get to your unit for the amount what you're paying here.

These people don’t care about helping people out I’ve been sick with covid for some time now hospitalized and everything was willing to pay my bill just couldn’t pay the whole amount at one time and they just didn’t care what I had to say couldn’t even give me an option. I have all my sons things in there and they wouldn’t even let me try to make some sort of payment to keep it from getting auctioned. Terrible

Wonderful people work here. Very accommodating and friendly. Rules are simple clear and easy to abide. Good value and very clean. Security is A1 and facility is up to date and easily accessed no matter your age.

Frequent / high price increases. I rented two large units for $285 month EACH. Got discount off first 3 months but as soon as that ended each unit increased $15 and now I am paying $300 each. No biggie, but THEN, just when that occurred I got a call informing me my units would increase by $40 EACH in November. This means that within approx 9 month period my units would see 2 price increases EACH totaling $55 EACH unit. To me those increases seem to be excessive. So just BEWARE.
