My experience with Santander Bank in Providence was subpar. The service had an elitist vibe, making the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. The account opening process was far from easy, causing unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction escalated when money mysteriously vanished from my account, and the bank staff couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. The lack of transparency and accountability in resolving the issue left me deeply dissatisfied with Santander's customer service.While the bank's physical presence in Providence might be convenient, the negative aspects of my encounter overshadow any potential benefits. Improved communication and a more customer-centric approach could significantly enhance the overall banking experience at Santander. Considering the challenges faced during my time with them, I would hesitate to recommend Santander Bank in Providence to others seeking a hassle-free and transparent banking experience.

The customer service do not have a glue how to take care the customer, still do not have any knowledge , after she did all the verification questions she put me in hold stated she did not recognize any of those answer . Wow that was long waiting time.

Santander Bank in general is loosing my business because they are unwilling to allow me to access MY MONEY with 2 debit cards. Don't let Santander Bank keep your money from you.

I am very pleased. Daniel was very kind and helped me with everything. Also Sharon and Diva were a great team, all 3 of them. The branch was very clean and organized. I recommend them 100%. They were very attentive. If I could give more than 10 in score I would give 20 + thanks Dan

Worst Bank ever take my word for it, literally i hate writing bad reviews but i never get answers from these people i dont understand how you could go from a positive $500 to a -300 in 1 day with over 10 Fee charges of $35, these people are inconsiderate of others money and they dont give you answers when you go to the branches, they give you attitude instead

Sat At this location for an hour And a half and they continued to take everyone who walked in after me before me . I understand they are regulars but I just wanted to open a damn account!! I've come here plenty of times for work purposes and the ladies at the counter are awesome but the customer service reps are rude and ignorant ! And they all seen me sitting there before all the people who they helped before me but walked in after me ! Let's hope all there locations aren't the same .

Alyssa is the only shining light at this establishment. Other than that they will steal your money, lie to you, keep you waiting for hours and never give you a fair oppurtunity for a loan or line of credit 10/10 would not recommend Santander Bank to anybody.
