The customer service do not have a glue how to take care the customer, still do not have any knowledge , after she did all the verification questions she put me in hold stated she did not recognize any of those answer . Wow that was long waiting time.

Santander Bank in general is loosing my business because they are unwilling to allow me to access MY MONEY with 2 debit cards. Don't let Santander Bank keep your money from you.
