I booked a formal hairstyling appointment about 2 weeks ago for a wedding after looking through plenty of positive reviews and seeing good photos from this salon. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed with the outcome of the hairstyle. The stylist was very sweet, but did not share any concern that she would not be able to provide the style i asked for. In fact she stated it was no problem and could do that. I added the inspiration photo I showed the stylist and how I left the salon. My hair was not cared for with any type of heat protectant before applying a hot curling iron to it. Zero product was used to tame any frizz. The style was not even close to what the inspiration photo was. After asking to fix the frizz a bit, she patted the top of my head with a little cream and called it done. I expressed my dislike of the style but yet I still paid $75 for it. In the end I had to go home and redo the whole thing myself.
Long story short, if you do not have completely straight, zero texture, zero frizz hair, don’t waste your time or money.

Owner puts people straight out of school on the floor and allows them to book without any guidance or training. Brought my daughter there a few years back and this inexperienced young girl fried my daughters hair. My daughters hair has NEVER been the same since then. When I requested a refund at the time the owner was incredibly rude, but refused and tried to deny the hairdresser was inexperienced, even though this is something you can look up on the state board website.

Fab salon! They exclusively use Kevin Murphy hair color and products - another deal breaker here! The stylists are terrific and know their hair! Looking for a different boutique gift? Check out their small boutique...different clothing, hats, and accessories! Love this place!

Best salon in RI ! Heather is an amazing stylist and is very talented !?I get the best treatment whenever I have an appointment and always feel amazing with the outcome . Salon has a wonderful atmosphere and stylists and staff are truly amazing . Thank you Sacarrha !

Great service without waiting. They see you at your appointment time. The place is also clean, beautiful ! Michelle Botelho did an amazing job cutting and styling my son’s hair. We will continue going there! Definitely recommend Sacarrha Salon ! 5 stars

My son and I just had our first haircut from Heather. She is very professional and talented. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Overall we had a great experience and she did a great job on our hair. We will be looking to make this our place to go for haircuts.

I had been going to a different hair salon up until the pandemic.Once we were allowed to return to business as usual I decided it was time for a change.I am so glad that I did. I have been going to Sacarrha and working with Michelle.Michelle listens to what I want to do, takes time to make suggestions and always makes sure I am not only happy with the results but completely satisfied.The salon is also very stylish and very clean, which to me is very important. I also like to shop in the cozy boutique that they have. They always have every cute clothes and accessories.I couldn’t recommend Sacarraha salon any higher than 5 stars, but if I could I would give them 10 stars.
