If I could give negative stars I would, absolutely horrible experience and extremely unprofessional. The manager will give attitude and yell at you over the phone when you raise a concern. As a former rent-a-center employee, this is the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had it’s disgusting. I would steer clear of this store. The other stores around here are much better and far more professional. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. If you complain they just pawn you off to another store without notice and make you wait longer for deliveries because they’re too incompetent to get it right the first time.

For some reason keeps trying to break into my house!I have paid off a 65 Inch TV with them, and a bedroom set. I currently rent a computer and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has about $200 left on it until it's paid off. I'm always on time with my payments and even the couple of times I'm not on time, I pay the late fee and extra week with no complaints. This week I can not make the full payment so I asked if I could make partial payment for the first time ever and pay the rest next week and they said no we are coming to get your stuff! Like really? I've never not paid them once. RUDE AF "customer service"!!! Stay away. I can't believe they would treat me like this after ALL the money I have given them!!! ? Willy is very rude.

Great Customer Service with staff. Bill and Freddy are Amzazing , Caring and has Empathy towards hard times. They both are a good asset to your company. You have an Amazing team here at the Pawtucket Location.

Stop harassing me everytime my payment is 5 minutes late. I just started renting again 2 weeks ago. You guys want to call me first thing in the morning before my money even hits my account. I said I would pay it by the days end today but yet you still keep calling. The harassment is out of hand. It's not that serious.

The customer service was excellent I didn't get to go in the store but I was on the phone with him and he walked me through the process very nice very easy going explained everything so that I understood it I'm looking forward to shopping with you

Customer service is horrendous spoke to someone and paid for an Xbox console they set me up for delivery the following Tuesday to which I call them at like 5:00 1 hour before their close time and they tell me they have no idea what I'm talking about them the guy gets biligerent and tells me that it's not his fault and he doesn't know who I spoke to I ask when he can deliver it and he responds by saying with the attitude I've given him I'm no longer allowed to rent and then they hung up on me until close because I asked to speak to a manager

Worst experience. Rude staff, lazy delivery drivers, do not waste your time dealing with this store. You get talked over when you bring a concern to their attention, attitude from every employee (management included). Good luck if you live in an apartment because unless it's a first floor they wont bother bringing it in. As someone who has worked in customer service for the last 15 years I can firmly say this was the worst experience I have had the displeasure of enduring.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, there are many other stores to choose from. Both alternate Rent-A-Center location and many other furniture stores in and around the area. Don't waste your time.

I’m renting a few items from them … at first it was all good … I started to rent about 3 to 4 weeks ago a new item … at first I did say weekly couple days later I told them to change it to monthly… so 3 weeks later still not changed to monthly still on weekly … someone tells my gf for us to change to monthly I have to pay this week again after I told them about 4 or 5 times within the past 3 and half weeks to change it to monthly … I’m not the person to complain and definitely not the person to keep repeating myself to ppl so I’m not paying the weekly amount again which I told them multiple times to change it to monthly I will be paying my bill monthly … after these items are paid definitely not going back again … I should of went with colortyme …. I suggest to go to colortyme because after I posted a review they changed my due date smh definitely not happy , definitely won’t recommend and definitely after I pay everything off that be the last time I go there if it wasn’t for the wifey I bring everything back!!!!

Not to say much...But I do think it's pretty unprofeesional to be labeled as a thief but management knowing the was in hospital...Two the act like a punk about things to a costumer...Sorry covid booster shot had something to do with health problems... but other people sit there and pawn electronics and get away with things because of their skin tone but one mistake they ready to slander names and lies about you
