I highly recommend this company! The guest book they created for my grandson's wedding is absolutely beautiful, and their customer service is the best I've ever encountered online or in person! I was late in ordering so I called them to explain. They were very understanding and put a rush on my order! I was amazed when it actually arrived early, ---- and they were shipping from the East Coast to California!!! This is definitely a company that values customer service and make it a priority!!

Amazing customer service!! I called on a Saturday to see about expediting an order. On Monday Elira called me back and assured me if I placed the order I would receive in only a few days. Wednesday night it arrived and was perfect!

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an order late on Tuesday and I needed the order expedited and their website clearly stated that it takes 10 days for processing and shipping. The young lady I spoke with over the phone was so helpful and managed to get my order proceed and shipped the following day. Thank you

Hands down one of the most elegant, well done personalized journals I have ever purchased as a gift. I will not be going anywhere else for my personalized presents in the future. Ilira offers the highest level of customer service. Response times were quick and we stayed in communication throughout the entire duration of the order from placement to delivery. Outstanding customer service! I received a baby book as a gift when my daughter was born 16 years ago. There was a issue with the cover, no fault of the company, and Ilira went above and beyond to make it perfect once again. It’s absolutely beautiful, thank you.
