Amazing customer service!! I called on a Saturday to see about expediting an order. On Monday Elira called me back and assured me if I placed the order I would receive in only a few days. Wednesday night it arrived and was perfect!

Outstanding customer service! I received a baby book as a gift when my daughter was born 16 years ago. There was a issue with the cover, no fault of the company, and Ilira went above and beyond to make it perfect once again. It’s absolutely beautiful, thank you.
