“Stopped in today to send out some Christmas cards. The line was almost out the door, but in typical fashion the works got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every time I've gone to this location it has been a positive experience. The worker are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and any review on here that claims otherwise is just dead wrong. I moved about 15 minutes away this past year and still travel to this specific location when I need postal services because of the workers they have. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!”

“I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!”
“A clerk here saved my life today. Very efficient and helpful. I had a notice left to pick up a package but the notice had no information on it and had this post office’s address on it, even though I think we usually go through the other downtown post office. The woman checked the computer and called around and found the package at the other post office. They close early so I will have to go tomorrow and end this saga, but I am so grateful to her!”
“Normally wouldn’t write a review about a post office lol but I just had the best experience! Was having issues with a package and was pretty upset but Jessica turned my day around with her compliments and generosity. “I came in the other day & it was about 10 minutes to close so I knew I was cutting it close with possibly getting helped in time (this was the only time I was able to get there). Let me tell you - Kathleen was HOLDING IT DOWN! This woman had a line of about 13-15 people deep with a million packages getting sent all over the place for the upcoming holidays. She was able to help all the people in front of me, myself, and the lady behind me all within that last 10 minutes of her store hours all while keeping her cool! She's a rockstar & I'm happy to know I have a great post office team in my new neighborhood, thank you!”

“I come to this branch either everyday or every other day, frequent customer here. I don't interact much with the staff as I'm dropping off packages but if I have a question I get in line. Line goes quick if there's more than one person working the desk. I'd have to say, this place does need extra help. There is usually only one person behind the counter and they seem pretty miserable when left alone. I mean I would be pretty miserable if I was the only one at the counter with a mound of drop offs I have to scan. They do good work though, props.”
“I think the Postal Service industry as a whole is in a shambles... People don't respect the Pen now that everything's a click away and it's truly a shame...You couldn't pay me to put mail into the 5 mailboxes in RI.
That being said, I've lived at the same address for 8 years and the N Prov/Johnston customer service In Person, is a customer service nightmare. Don't bother asking or waiting for the Postmaster to call...He didn't but I did have to drive to Johnston to pick up my mail ~ Maybe she just enjoyed seeing my face??
I have recently begun coming to the North Station on Smith St. There's a customer service agent here who is not only great at but seems to actually like her job... Amazing!! And I fell in love with the "Tree of the Month", It's Christmas collides with the 4th of July ❤️”

“Always had great and polite service from this post office. Been a few years since I used them regularly, but my recent experience was still top-notch. There's plenty of P.O boxes available if your looking. They also have a great selection of packaging and cards. Easy access and plenty of parking.”
