Getting better, kinda. New equipment, but odd Smith Machine set up. Seems to be facing the wrong way?? Then soooo many benches in the free weight area. Literally 3 ft apart. I could smell the person beside me. Also, the men's locker room is very stinky, and smells like urine. It's in the tile grout or something. It's been like that for a year.

This is my first time leaving a message online. Because the gym is only a 5-minute walk from my home, I only exercise here when I have time. When I arrived today, Monday, 6/17, a staff member told me that they were closed today and asked me to come back on Wednesday. --- You can't leave without any notice or notice on Google Maps saying it's closed. I really want to curse...

It was too much fun to join for one day. They wanted $11. It was unacceptable to me at the time so I just went to a little skate park and did some calisthenics. It was fine. I’m moving into an apartment that has a gym so it was unnecessary. I’ll get there soon.

Aside from one person who works here and doesn't greet anyone nor give any leeway to members who are regulars if the PF app isn't working, this is a good location with four smith machines. It could use some new grips as newer gyms have them for Lat work and also the bathroom needs to be better up kept but aside from those two things this is a decent location. I've used various PF sites and I'm indeed a regular and most the time they don't stress you not scanning in if they know you by face, same with other fitness clubs I frequent. Some folks take their job a bit too serious yet are often on their phone when you see them.

This Planet Fitness is our favorite! The staff is amazing always available to help and always greeting us as we come and go! The gym is always clean and only occasionally you may see something out of service and it's very temporary. There are many different types of equipment so no waiting. Everyone is very respectful of each other. It's nothing like I thought going to the gym would be.

This planet fitness is not accessible for people who are blind or visually impaired. The equipment is older style equipment, and all touchscreen. I’m not sure if it was an employee or it may have been a customer, but I thank the customer that assisted me.

Excellent place to work out people are very friendly and the person at the counter vwas very helpful compared to Smithfield ri no way will I got back Smithfield is very dirty and the fans don’t work and have all dust on them and the sink are not always working need to up grade all the equipment in Smithfield like Pawtucket
