Ordered A defective radio tried to contact customer service no response tried to call no call back finally decided to return item get hit with a 40% restocking fee for a radio that doesn’t work $500 loss Second radio in two years resulting over a $2000 loss which each unit being $1000 a piece will NEVER do business here again unless I feel like losing more money
