It's stop and shop . You can't say much more . S&s really needs to work on the shopping experiences. It is hit or miss on a weekly basis to find the groceries you want. Currently no matter the stop and shop it feels like they are.not managing their stores correctly. I really wish I had more positive to say but we will see

Never coming back! After this I'm boycotting stop and shops as a whole I have had bad experiences at a few but letting shoppers verablling assault other customers and then throwing there stuff around and not even asking if they're ok is appalling ignoring the whole situation even laughing at the person being assaulted I am being appalled by this and I will never associate with this business again.

For the past 3 months this is what you get when you try to purchase Atomic brand coffee. Stockers who can’t do their jobs and the department manager clearly has no idea how to do “cycle counts” or order properly.

Myonly problem with this store is the deli when you go in ask for a pound of cheese sliced stock not layered you cannot get it that way they tell me they have to layer it other than that the store is ok I still wish they took away the deposit on the milk or at least put a sign up that there is a $3 deposit so people know

Great customer service!! I went in last night for a cake for my mom’s birthday, but knowing me I went at the last minute, and the bakery was close, and the cake was behind the glass stand with the price tag underneath the cake and so I asked a guy from the deli department if he could just get the cake and give it to me because it was all set with the price tag and all, he said he couldn’t because he doesn’t work in that department and I was OK with it because I was the one who went late to the store, so I went back to the bakery and I was just walking around waiting to see if somebody was still in the back in the bakery working, 15 minutes later nothing, so I decided to go to the customer service and I asked the girl that was working there if I could speak to the manager and she said yeah so she called him right away. So this very kind man came to me and asked me what I need it, so I told him the whole story, that I needed the cake from behind the glass stand because that was my mom’s favorite cake. He was very warm and understanding. He walked with me to the bakery wash his hands so he could get me the cake. I’ve never had such awesome experience with a manager before they always look so busy and doing their thing. Thank you so much Sir! She’s enjoying a piece just now.

Completely overpriced nonsense. Only have two cashier's working and use robots and computers to not pay labor. Which would be fine if they charged fair prices. But I can get double the amount of food at Aldi's for same price and I deal with humans there.

This is one of the best Stop & Shops in the area. Their prices are a little high compared to other supermarkets in the area but the store itself is large, clean, and well-stocked. This one has one of the best international foods sections I’ve seen at a non-specialty, major grocery chain in the area. I didn’t buy meat here so can’t speak to the rotten meat comments that others have made, but the milk and eggs I bought had no problems.

The service is excellent wide selection of products at reasonable prices!! I love their meat department that's where I get my hamburger's and steak!!? the department managers are awesome. The store is going through a remodel

This store is never ever ready when it opens ????? Why???? The prices are higher than the competitors and products are now t available??? I. Only go there for soda !!!! Used to to be nice!!!! Shame on you!!!!

Store is in a complete remodel so things are a little disrupted but it will look great when its done. Just ask an emplyee and they will be happy to assist you. Be patient people. ?

Not sure what rock people commenting here are living under but to be upset about shelves not fully stocked really highlights their ignorance to a nationwide problem. Honestly, people will say anything to hear themselves talk... and it's. always negative...bad meat, bad milk, bad this week, bad next.. argh.. enough negativity.this store is great and I've had no issues. They work hard. and do a great job, despite unwarranted negative comments here.

I am disabled but can can slowly climb a few steps. Unfortunately crutches makes it impossible to carry things. So not only do they have to go upstairs but they have to deal with a security system and they do it without complaint.

So, costumer service was no help. Rotten meat, last week was rotten mandarins. The week before, the whole bag was covered in milk that was broken inside and went all over the back seat (paper bags). No one has helped me and the people who work there aren't doing their jobs. Don't go to this horrible place. Go to the ones in Providence.
