So grateful we chose New England Gold & Silver to for our wedding bands. We were less than 2 weeks away from our wedding date and Brian and made sure we got our rings in time. He even polished and refinished my fiancée’s ring for free - it looked brand new for the wedding.

I've been to NE Good and Silver Jewelers twice and will be going back more. Brian is so knowledgeable and so welcoming, it's a treat to be in the store. The first time I went was to bring gold in and the 2nd time was for having a ring appraised. I also dropped off some watches for battery replacement. You'll have a great experience too!

I got my engagement appraisal done here and I am so glad I did! Brian is so thorough and super nice. He did the appraisal right there on the spot and I did not have to leave my ring there which was a huge comfort! I would recommend his place to anyone! Emphatically recommended. I had an amazing experience working with Brian, saved a ton of money, and blew my girlfriend away with a custom engagement ring!Brian puts his whole heart into the job. I felt like we were a team while working on my GF's custom ring. I also felt like his only customer, which speaks to how individualistic the service is. He's super nice, professional, and very good at what he does.I got an incredibly fair price, and it was way cheaper than going with one of the online giants. No thanks. There's no way I would have gotten this level of service or this good of a price unless I worked with Brian.And, well, the proof is in the pudding. I proposed, she said yes, and she can't stop looking at her ring. Money well spent, and great job to the team at NE Gold & Silver!!

Bought a chain for a necklace only for the clasp to break 7 months in. The chain I had before lasted 4-5 years with the same wear and tear. HOWEVER, they did repair the clasp for free so it may have been a one-off incident. Appreciated that they offered to fix it for free.
