I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Here's why, I called to schedule an oil change spoke to "Jeff". Told him I saw yhe Groupon and would purchase it to get the price if necessary. Originally he said it wasn't necessary.. Next day I went in for the scheduled oil change appointment. Being a former mechanic, I made a point to get there 30 mins early as a courtesy to the technicians so the motor could cool off prior to service. I reminded Jeff about the Groupon offer.. Apparently I did in fact have to purchase it to get the "special price" after all.. OK, no problem. So I go ahead and purchase it.. I show him to confirm it.. The vehicle gets serviced and at checkout he tell me he's giving me a better deal then the Groupon.?. BUT, I already paid for the Groupon ($70). He's charging me $79.. So now I got a stupid Groupon I paid for that I can't get refunded back to my bank account.. I have a stupid credit (Groupon bucks). My bank account is down $150 when it should be HALF that if Jeff just offered to give me the "better deal" in the freaking first place instead of me wasting my time and money buying the damn Groupon just to charged out of pocket.. PLUS my tires were suppose to be rotated and when I asked I was told the tread was "low" (5mm all 4) so they couldn't rotate them.?. I told them ya i know i plan on get tires before my state inspection. As the tech (jokingly) tells me "don't bring it here cause we wont pass it!?? FYI, +3mm passes state inspection... I don't plan on EVER returning there again and would go out of my way to advise anyone to go practically anywhere else. Expense lesson learned but I guess on the bright side it could have been far more expensive.

Could not even get my car worked on here. I called the day before to drop my car off to get a hanging heat shield above my exhaust fixed and some squeaky brakes looked at. I was told over the phone it would be no problem and made arrangements to drop my car off early the next morning. Upon arrival, I was informed by the man working the counter that all they would be able to do for a heat shield is remove it entirely (not a fix for the issue) and that I'd probably have to take it to a dealership to get it repaired. And as for my brakes, i was told there was only one mechanic on that day so if i wanted to leave my car there for the whole weekend they could probably get around to it. Why would i not be told any of this over the phone when i called? I was lead to believe this would be easy and quick. I just ended up totally wasting my time on a saturday to wake up early and take my car there for nothing to even happen. I can't afford to just leave my car there for an entire weekend without a guarentee anything would even be fixed. This place is literally called "Monro Muffler Brake" on the sign and I went to have those two exact things repaired and they couldnt do it.

Called to order tires and although they could order the tire guy refused to do so because he doesn’t like dealing with the brand. Told me to drive to a further away garage on a tire that’s got screws in it.

Went to get two front tires replaced while traveling out of state. They replaced my tires only to not balance the tires. Offered no solution or alternative other than for me to leave with unbalanced tires. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by not charging me for them not balancing the tires. I went to there direct competitor down the street to complete the work and was on the road with no issues in 30 minutes. The competitor Town Fair Tire openly laughed at this company. BTW I drive a Volkswagen atlas not some obscure vehicle.

I needed a major repair done to my car and brought it to Monro for diagnostic testing. Once that was done, they tried a number of things, hoping to fix the issue without having to do the major repair. That didn't work. The manager, went above and beyond trying to help me. He called my warranty company, and he suggested I go to the dealership to see if it may still be under their warranty. I went to the dealership, and it was covered! Without that, it would've cost me close to $2000 to fix it. I truly appreciate him helping and not just wanting to make a profit.

This place is a joke been calling for 3 days know and they keep setting me up for tomorrow for tomorrow then another for tomorrow..I been leaving work early just to get an Alignment done I don't get it 3 days nothing ..while there's just 2 guys sitting in shop smoking away

I have been taking my cars here for inspections for 5 years. I mainly choose it because of convenience. Two years ago, I took my car for an inspection and had an absolute jerk at the desk and gave me a whole bunch of attitude like I was making his day more difficult by giving him something to do. He changed his attitude when I took out my credit card to pay and all of a sudden I was his best friend. I almost stopped coming here, but because I waited for literally the last day for an inspection, I made an appointment and worked with the young guy Alex (I think that is right). Alex was super nice and accommodating. MUCH MUCH better than the previous guy. Alex was chill and down to earth and got me in and out very quickly and efficiently. Last week I took a new car for an inspection and worked with Alex again. They were running behind but Alex was very apologetic about it and constantly tried to keep things moving and continued to make me aware of the progress of the other cars. In some situations like this I would give a 1 star review, but because Alex's attitude and wanting to make my experience an enjoyable one, I'll give 4. I will be back for my other cars and I hope Alex is still there! I will be disappointed if he is not

I don't recommend anybody going here. It's 700 dollars for brakes. No refunds and they do not fix it immediately if you have problems with your vehicle. Do not go to this location

Anthony, Nick , and Berto from stor #580 did amazing , above and beyond service . They are polite, caring , and kind. They worked with me to make sure all my needs were met. I would 100% return to this store. Shout out to store #580!

This place used to be very good and efficient, but the guys there all they do is talk ,talk and talk, just for simple oil change with no car found on the lift it took over and hour. When I came in the other guy was talking and talking nonstop and very loud that I couldn’t hear the other guy attending to me. My car went up the lift then he went to the gentleman doing my oil change and started talking nonstop again.

I was in need for a tire pressure check. Small 1 minute job. The guy refuse to help. I would never take my vehicle to Monro ever again.
