WATCH OUT, ALL THE STAFF ARE DECEPTIVE AND NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER! I went in knowing what phone I wanted and the girl pushed an inferior and older phone on me. When I asked her about any of the phones other than the one she gave me she said it would be an added charge. Come to find out after going on their site. She lied and just pushed the old stock on me because they get a kickback for getting rid of the old phones. Go on the site and call someone in customer service before you go here or any other MetroPCS

I went to go finance a new iphone 13, didn’t even get a contract or paperwork stating I’m leasing the phone, not even a receipt after spending $890 on the down payment and upgrade fee. The girl working behind the counter was no help at all, gave zero information about how to finance the phone through smart pay. I’ve called the store 5+ times to get information and no picked up the phone…terrible service completely

Originally my nails and pedicure (full set / both gel ) came out beautiful, I was satisfied. The next day at the airport a nail broke , I was bummed ; my vacation hadn't even started . Day 2 sorting through my luggage nail #2 broke , using the restroom that evening nail #3 broke. I spent 140 which included a gel pedicure the morning before my vacation and most of the gel is missing from my feet - Super disappointed!

Very bad..... avoid at all costs !!! This store charged me $20 for a new SIM card under the false pretense that my existing card would not work on a spare phone (a Samsung J3 phone that I once had working with Metro Pcs). I end up paying for the new SIM card ($20) plus activation fee ($16.90). Now, today I went to another MetroPCS store in Cranston and they told me that my existing card would have worked on a spare phone and I would only need to pay for activation or even do it for free online. And I learned that a new SIM card costs $10 plus tax (this is also a regular store, not corporate). I contacted MetroPCS customer service who suggested for me to call the store to get a refund.... Well, I called them and the person that answered the phone refused to get me the manager and claimed he was the manager (name is Joseph) and refused any type of refund. Like the original sales person (Christina or Christiana), this sales associate was very rude too. This guy also told me that MetroPCS stores are privately owned and they can charge "whatever they want". "File your complaint if you want to, boss" that's what he said !!!

I really can't believe that this will be happening with this company I can't believe that if I use the internet it gets slow when was 7 years old at Boost Mobile and never hand problems with internet .... internet is always at the maximum in Boost Mobile more with metro pcs I go Boost Mobile because in Boost Mobile I never hand problems Boost Mobile is very fast with good internet doesn't slow down and they don't send messages saying that if I exceed the internet It gets slow I came to this company because they told me which is good but It is not true is just one for want I do not want to know about this company land there is nothing better that Boost Mobile

I love this place!! I moved to Providence a few yrs ago and I probably tried half of the city's (decent looking) nail spas before I found Majestic Nails, and I love them! They're so good at what they do that they can get packed on some days, so calling for an appt should be considered, especially towards the end of the week.My nail tech Lee is AMAZING, it's like she reads my mind when I tell her about the color or design I have in my mind, and it comes out perfect every time!There's always a lot of nail techs there, like 8 or better, they're all nice, and if there's something you don't like, they're really good at listening to what you want. I wish I could remember all my favorite nail techs names, but they're all really good! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PPL THAT WORK THERE!
