KCCNE does have an incredible product line, and their attention to detail/final result is impeccable and beautiful. However, I didn't have the best experience with their customer service and their lengthly turnaround time is overall concerning.
We visited the showroom a total of 4 times, and they never informed us that their turnaround is 20-25 days from the measurement date—this is significant enough that it should be relayed in advance. In total, it took 36 days from scheduling the measurement to install. In comparison, other vendors we shopped with were 7-10 days, which felt more aligned with industry standard. When we voiced our concern to the owner, they were very apologetic and told us on two separate occasions that they were going to expedite the turnaround. Not only did they not expedite the turnaround, they placed us in the very last slot of the day, not completing the job until after 6pm. All in all, we're so thrilled with the product itself, but if you don't have the liberty of time, I'd go elsewhere.

Susan was great in terms of sales help. It has alllll been downhill since. It feels like the first time they've ever installed a counter. Nearly every email has gone unanswered. They never explain what will happen next. They removed our counters and the backsplash. Only when they installed the counters did anyone say the backsplash would be installed separately. Weeks went by, we never heard. After multiple tries on our par, they finally did come but an entire section was missing. They said it was never measured as if we did the measuring or would know that. Of course if backsplash was removed from an area we assumed it would be replaced??? That was weeks ago and the job still isn't done. You pay so early that it feels like there's no incentive to complete it. We used a different company for the rest of the project and the difference is night and day. The only plus is that the counters are pretty!

The professionals at KCCNE are wonderful to work with. My silly drawings were all they needed to sketch out what was needed. Their advice on material choice was invaluable. I was very pleased with my final decision. They also recommended that I "live with" my choice before I made a final decision on backsplash and that was great advice. They are easy to work with and strive to please - which the team did.

Went to the store sat down worked with Bernie and he took down all the pertinent information, then we went out to pick our countertop color then went inside worked out the financing which was very smooth, when the installers came they were very professional and cleaned up and left, then the man with the lasers came scanned the area , and they came back two weeks later and it was great they were very efficient and finished quickly and it looks great. The communication was good and we're very happy with our purchase.

We had pretty good luck in choosing this company. Though a small project (vanity stone top and sink) it went smooth. Site template, picking stone and instalation all on the promised schedule.

We went to KCC just to "Look" to see what they had. Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, letting us know all the choices that we had (marble, granite, quartz, edge cuts, etc.), but he explained it in a manner that we can understand, and never rushed us in the process. We didn't just look, we bought, and we picked out a beautiful piece of granite for our kitchen and also for our bathroom. We were able to pick out the exact slab that we wanted from one that they had in stock there. He worked with us maximize the natural features of the marble to been seen once installed. The installers come to your home, digitally measure to make sure what your counter will fit properly. Installation was a breeze, they were polite, neat and professional. In the end, we have beautiful counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. You will never get this type of service and product quality from a 'big box store' who care just about making a buck. KCC was there for us before, during and after the install and I never had an issue talking to our salesman or installer at any time during the process. I have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for countertops, and if I had to do it again, i definitely would use them again.
