I went to Jordans jungle for the first time 4 years ago- and was instantly in love. At the Jungle you get a unique experience. The environment is jaw dropping- the parrot is awesome- and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell just by looking at the store how much love they put into it. 10/10!

Besides being a beautiful space and offering an incredible variety of plants, the employees are the best! I reached out to their team with some questions and they were quick to answer and let me know they offer free repotting services. So I confirmed a good day to come in and Alex got my root-bound monstera set up with a new pot and trellis super fast! Can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend this store to any plant lover. The plants are beautiful quality, they have accurate clear labels and I’ve never had any bugs finding their way home with me.the store is clean and well organized.
I had the most lovely experience with Alex today. He was cheerful when asking if there was anything that I was looking for. I mentioned a certain species of plant that was not on the floor, but he thought was downstairs waiting just a little longer to be sold. He went through the effort of asking permission from the owner if he could check on one for me, and brought up the most stunningly variagated plant. Alex you made my day - I couldn’t not thank you enough!

I love this place so much! Whenever I visit, the store looks different each time and somehow looks better and better. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they are always attentive and patient with me. I recently brought in my Monstera cutting that had been rooting in a glass jar for ages to get repotted. I brought in my own pot (purchased at TJ Max) and the store manager Alex approached me upon arrival. He answered all of my questions and took everything off my hands for me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient.
Alex did an amazing job! My plant looks fantastic! AND the service was complimentary!!! Please go to Jordan’s, at the very least go for the vibes ✨ make sure to say hello to Popeye while you’re there. What a lucky bird that she gets to live there ?

very cute store with lots of options! i have been once so far & bought 4 plants. unfortunately, i found mealys on one of the plants i bought & another had leaves that started rotting the within the next day or 2 (assuming from over watering?). customer service was great which i really appreciate & i will give it another chance as these issues are bound to happen when there are that many plants in one location. maybe i shoulda looked a bit closer, so thats on me. just a heads up to other shoppers! i hope the owners dont take this review the wrong way! just my honest experience from my first trip there.

Great selection of plants! They even have a special section for plants that are nontoxic to pets.
The guys were super helpful and nice, and repotted the plant for me on the spot ?.

Jordan’s Jungle is the BEST nursery in the state of RI. Their selection of exotic plants is second to none, and their knowledge, helpfulness and kindness makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. If your into carnivores plants such as I am, ask for Sean. He has some of the best and well maintained carnivores plants. My nepenthes ventricosa, and Venus fly trap are absolutely amazing. I’m making room at my house for a few more.

I’m sorry Google only lets me give a 5/5 because this place is incredible and deserves so much more! The staff are knowledgeable, kind and always willing to share advice and tips on home care. They have helped me feel so much more confident in my ability to care for my plants and they cultivate a peaceful and inclusive atmosphere.
They have a new customer for life with me.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in and needed help with my orchard. They clipped and showed me exactly how to care for my orchard. I asked how much do I owe, and they were like no charge. I was so happy because he was so helpful and took the time to show and tell me what to do with other plants I asked about as well. Best place to buy plants and for plant education. I will be back. Thank you Jordan's Jungle for your patience and kindness.
