I don't know about you but I typically wash my clothes before I wear them bought a pair of $65 jeans wash them in cold water and they turn red brought them back to the store they told me I can handle it myself by dealing with the vendor I told them they can keep the jeans I would never buy anything there again?????

The employees are awesome! But the manager Chip clearly has an issue with admitting he is wrong about something. Getting the wrong size shoe is fixable, but confronting a mom and verbally abusing her in front of her child, other customers, and employees is completely unfathomable and embarrassing. It would have taken one minute for him to rectify the situation. Nope, he wanted to be a tough guy and put a show on. It makes the whole company look bad while the other employees seemed hard working and respectful. Its a sad world if these are the kind of people that are managing stores. While I won't EVER step foot in that store as long as Chip is employed there, i had a GREAT experience at the Expressions on Branch Ave in Providence, RI. Hope this helps. And be safe out there....you never know when someone may lose their cool on you because they can't admit they're wrong.

I thought everything had went well as I was shopping. The employees seemed nice enough helping me get what I asked for. And I asked for a 9 and 1/2 in women's, and they had brought me out a 9 and 1/2 in mens and didn't notice because I was VERY specific and all the other stuff was correct in size. I wrapped it for xmas for my daughter, and on xmas we realized the size was wrong. It was over the 2 week policy, but I called anyways and was told "Sorry, don't know what to tell you" So obviously I was upset. They didn't want to take any responsibility for screwing up. So eventually, after explaining, they told me to come in for exchange. So i go in the store, I immediately apologize to the woman I spoke with on the phone for being so upset about the mistake. She said it was fine and she understood, but the manager CHIP confronts me angrily and says I never asked for a woman's shoe!!! He wasn't even the guy I asked for the shoe!!!! He not only confronted me in front of other customers, but in front of my child!!! It was the most unprofessional act of a manager I have ever witnessed!! And im a pretty laid back person who understands that mistakes happen. But to pretty much be told im a liar in front of a store full of employees, my child, and customers was absolutely ridiculous. If he remembered it incorrectly, then fine. But to treat me that way like that was unforgivable. Myself and my family have been shopping here for YEARS....but not anymore. This is my first time having to write a bad review anywhere. Its sad and I hope CHIP never treats any customer as badly as he did me in front of my child.
