Very racist and doesn’t keep up with time appointments, waited 40 minutes over appointment time. Charges extra based on hair type and uses insults, “tough” hair. Do not recommend.

Last time I came here was in September 2022, I asked for a blonde under dye and when she put the bleach she left it on for almost an hour under the hair dryer. It left my hair so damaged and I also asked for her to not do anything to the rest of my hair, I told her to just leave it how it was I didn’t want to put it lighter or darker but still she ended up washing that part with purple shampoo and my hair went from a really dark brown to honey blonde. She also gave me a cut that I didn’t ask for. When I washed my hair back to curly I looked like an actual jellyfish, blonde part was straight and the rest looked like I only had 2-3 inches left of hair. My whole head was so brittle and dry, it took me almost a year to get my curls to start curling but still to this day my hair is so damaged, some strands are still straight. I’m doing a big chop tomorrow because I have no other option. Thanks Eugenia.

This is insane last time she did a good job this time half of my hair came out in bulk I'm talking about chunksss it's superrrr thin now and have tons of flyaways where the hair broke off. She didn't give me my money back and I'm stuck crying my eyes out I have to wait till it grows now and I feel so helpless and upset

Showed the dye job I wanted and asked if she could do it. Eugenia said yes. After hours of stripping hair and dying it (she did same day), she chemically ruined my hair, and the dye job came out the WRONG COLOR! She then had nerve to charge me for the job and gave me a sample size of products that might help my hair. ABOLUTE WORST!!!!!

Left Eugenia's Salon looking and feeling like a NEW WOMAN! Eugenia is a fabulous beautician who went over and above taking care of me by not only doing my hair, which is why I was there - Eugenia did a surprise complimentary BEAUTIFUL Mary Kay face makeover on me! (and my hair was perfect too)!Eugenia just gets better, as she had also been hairdresser to some of my family many years ago, and was excellent then.I had a great experience here, in great experienced hands, will return again and again.
