I also just received a letter this year that I owe $7400.00 to the irs in back taxes from years ago. This place has really lost their touch. It’s not the first time I have encountered problems with this business but it will be my last.

They been doing my taxes for a couple of years now, but I just received a letter from the IRS that I owe 3000 dollars. Come to find out back in 2020 they made a mistake by putting a number on the wrong line. All he said to me was yup we messed up, you owe this money.

Had our files done April 1, the company never sent eFile to the IRS or Mass DOR. Good thing we called the office AND good thing everyone gets an extension due to Covid. Will NOT be returning to this unreliable company again.

I find this to be a really effective, prompt, professional, and accurate tax preparation company that I have used since my first paycheck over 16 years ago. Since moving across three different states, I have kept them around and find their prices are affordable and their level of expertise very reliable even as my financial situation is grown more complex.

I recently used this agency again, but have been a long term client -- in fact, since my first paycheck. I used to live in Rhode Island but I have moved to three other states and I continue to rely on their services because they are professional, affordable, prompt, they are able to communicate effectively over long distances, they are accurate, and I have never had an audit or problem. And selfishly, I always get a refund that I'm very happy with! I would recommend them to others.

Ed is awesome. I was referred to ed couple of years ago by my wife who was using his accounting service for long time.
