East Side Clinical Laboratory is a small, clean, and neat facility that is easy to miss from the street. The lab itself is tiny with a small waiting area. Staff are described as professional, accommodating, quick, friendly, and capable, often making patients feel comfortable. Visits can be very quick and convenient with little to no wait, though waiting times can be annoying on busier days and it may be short-staffed. The receptionist is generally friendly, though there have been mentions of front desk staff sometimes not being polite. Patients are recommended to arrive early for fasting labs and note that no appointment is required. Many customers state they will return and recommend the lab.
Facility has a slight ramp for entry. Receptionist was friendly and I was directed to a chair with out any waiting. No app was required. I wish I knew of this location earlier. I will be returning for future service. I recommend East Side labs.

Tiny lab but the staff is very professional and accommodating and they keep patients moving along. I would recommend arriving early if you need to fast.

Clean neat small facility...sure the staff is very capable! But agree that the staff at the desk on a couple of visits there, was not polite nor friendly...uncomfortable.
